We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client's engineering team in a long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS

Requirements:

• 7+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure design
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and production operations
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in modern engineering environments
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver consistently within distributed teams
• AI-native engineering mindset, you actively leverage LLMs and AI tooling to improve productivity and engineering workflows
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering high-impact infrastructure initiatives

We are looking for a QA / Support Engineert o join our client's team in a long-term engagement. This is a fully remote role for someone who excels at clear communication, structured problem-solving, and maintaining high product quality through effective testing and incident investigation.
 

This role combines two key areas of responsibility: maintaining high-quality test documentation and serving as the bridge between Customer Support and Engineering when production issues arise. Depending on business needs, the focus may vary anywhere from 70–100% live bug triage and incident investigation to 0–30% test documentation and manual QA activities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, reproduce, and diagnose issues reported by Customer Support and other internal teams
• Gather relevant information, determine impact and severity, and create actionable bug reports for Engineering
• Act as a liaison between Customer Support and Engineering, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution
• Write and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, acceptance criteria, and QA documentation
• Perform manual testing when required to validate functionality, bug fixes, and new feature releases
• Analyze vague or incomplete issue reports and systematically narrow down potential causes through investigation and reproduction
• Document expected versus actual behavior, environment details, logs, screenshots, and supporting evidence
• Help improve internal QA processes and bug triage workflows
• Support incident management efforts by remaining calm, methodical, and detail-oriented during production issues
   

Requirements:

• Excellent written English skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and actionable documentation
• Strong experience writing bug reports with detailed reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, environment information, and supporting evidence
• Ability to assess bug severity and business impact while understanding the distinction between severity and priority
  Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills with the ability to investigate ambiguous problems and identify likely causes
• Solid technical literacy, including:

1. Understanding of APIs and HTTP status codes
2. Familiarity with browser developer tools and network inspection
3. Ability to review logs and troubleshoot application behavior
4. Basic SQL knowledge

This is a fully remote opportunity to build the core software layer powering a smart locker platform used by enterprise and public sector organisations.

You will take ownership of a Flutter/Dart SDK that acts as the bridge between mobile applications, cloud services, and physical smart locks. The SDK abstracts complex BLE communication, authentication flows, token management, and server interactions behind a clean, high-level API used by partner applications.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world connectivity challenges, working close to hardware and firmware systems, and building robust SDKs that operate reliably across diverse mobile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Design, develop, and maintain a Flutter/Dart SDK used by partner applications to interact with smart locker infrastructure
• Implement BLE scanning, lock discovery, and device identification across iOS and Android platforms
• Manage BLE connection lifecycles, including reconnection strategies, timeout handling, and device-level edge cases
• Build and maintain secure authentication and encrypted token exchange workflows between mobile applications and physical locks
• Implement token sequencing, refresh mechanisms, and rolling token buffer management for allocated lockers
• Integrate with backend services through REST APIs to support locker allocation, availability checks, token issuance, and session validation
• Handle race conditions and real-world concurrency scenarios between multiple apps, users, and physical access methods
• Collaborate closely with firmware engineers to implement and validate communication protocols and authentication sequences

• Ensure SDK reliability, maintainability, performance, and developer-friendly API design

   

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of commercial Flutter/Dart development experience
• Strong experience building and shipping production mobile applications
• Proven hands-on experience working with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in real-world environments
• Deep understanding of BLE concepts including GATT services, characteristics, device discovery, connection management, and platform-specific behaviours
• Experience supporting BLE functionality across both iOS and Android
• Solid understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous application architecture
• Experience working with secure storage, authentication flows, and token-based systems

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly around connectivity issues and device-level edge cases

   

Nice to Have:
