We’re currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (with a strong focus on back-end) to join one of our clients in a long-term engagement. This is a full-time remote opportunity for a highly senior engineer who is deeply experienced in building complex and scalable systems using NodeJS, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL — and who thrives in ownership-driven, product-oriented environments.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain performant full-stack applications using NodeJS, TypeScript, React, and related technologies
• Work with Prisma and PostgreSQL to build and optimize scalable, well-structured database solutions
• Ensure high performance of APIs, queries, and data-intensive operations
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability and scalability
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers across the stack
• Take ownership of your work and contribute to architectural and technical decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on quality and performance
• Contribute to event-driven architecture and asynchronous task processing using tools like BullMQ (nice to have)
• Optionally integrate and experiment with LLMs and other AI tools to enhance product functionality (nice to have)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of commercial engineering experience (only truly senior-level candidates will be considered)
• Expert-level proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript
• Solid experience with ReactJS (even though this role is primarily backend-focused)
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, database modeling, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with Prisma ORM and its ecosystem
• Experience with ElasticSearch or ElasticCache
• Familiarity with background job queues such as BullMQ (nice to have)
• Bonus: exposure to or interest in integrating LLMs (Large Language Models)
• High ownership mentality, architectural thinking, and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in distributed teams

We’re growing our recruitment-as-a-service team and looking for a full cycle Technical Recruiter.

This is a fully remote role for someone who understands tech profiles, and feels comfortable owning the process end to end.

You’ll be working closely with startups and fast-moving teams - experience with hiring for startups is necessary. 

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening interviews and coordination (technical calls will be done by our tech team) 
• Recruiting mainly for technical roles - engineers
• Reviewing and evaluating technical CVs with confidence
• Running screening calls and building real connections with candidates
• Partnering with clients to understand their needs and deliver a smooth hiring experience
• Managing several roles at the same time without losing quality or care (2-5 roles, depending on complexity)

If you have:

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (technical roles are a must)
• Confidence in running screening interviews independently
• Strong communication skills (spoken English is a must - all interviews are conducted in English) 
• Experience working remotely and taking ownership
• Understanding of tech recruitment and startup environments

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/job posting tools

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Actively contribute to architectural decisions, infrastructure scaling, and code reviews, focusing on Ruby on Rails and AWS environments. Collaborate with engineers to solve technical challenges directly.

  • Effective code review skills, ensuring high-quality standards across development.
  • Awareness of the limitations and potential downsides of generative AI in software development.
• Strong background in Ruby on Rails, React, TS, AWS
• Demonstrated experience in system architecture and infrastructure scaling.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, including the ability to evaluate trade-offs and apply the right design for different scenarios.
• Ability to perform technical deep dives, contribute directly to development efforts, and lead by example.
• Excellent decision-making skills with a focus on due diligence and evaluating long-term technical impacts.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and remote collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Proficiency in drawing UML diagrams or using modelling languages to communicate between stakeholders and the development team.
