Meroda Cosmetics

Meroda is a fast-growing European beauty brand expanding internationally across DTC, marketplaces and retail. We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Technology & Operations Manager to own the systems, integrations and technical projects behind that growth.

This role combines technical operations, product ownership and solution architecture. You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth, E-commerce, CRO, Finance and Operations teams to understand business needs, define the right solutions and take projects through to launch.

What you’ll do

• Own the operational and technical management of Shopify, its apps and connected commerce systems.
• Understand business processes end to end and translate them into clear technical requirements, workflows and scalable solution designs.
• Own and prioritize the commerce technology roadmap based on business impact, risk and effort.
• Shape how Shopify, ERP, PIM/DAM, marketplaces and payment providers work together, ensuring reliable product, inventory, order and customer data flows.
• Lead projects such as TikTok Shop launches, new payment methods, system implementations and international expansion, from requirements through testing and go-live.
• Coordinate developers, agencies and technology partners, taking ownership of delivery, quality and results.
• Investigate root causes, automate recurring processes and improve system reliability, documentation and monitoring.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce technology, operations, technical product ownership or technical project management.
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience, plus experience with integrations, payment providers and systems such as ERP, PIM/DAM or OMS.
• The ability to understand both business processes and the underlying technology, evaluate solutions and explain technical trade-offs.
• Practical understanding of APIs, webhooks and data flows, with the confidence to investigate issues yourself. Coding expertise is optional.
• Strong commercial judgment: use data to assess how technical decisions affect conversion, customer experience and operational efficiency, balancing scalability with speed.
• Clear communication, strong organization and a track record of taking ownership from requirements to launch.

Shopify Plus, international DTC and marketplace launch experience are strong advantages.
