    • Work with BBC teams to develop and implement JML processes associated with use of the compliance and records management functions 
    • Assisting with evaluation of tools to automate data discovery and classification 
    • Partner with business stakeholders to validate data categorisation accuracy and ensure sensitivity labels reflect true business context 
    • Develop custom reports and analytical tools to assess the environment's readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment 
    • Identify and remediate potential data exposure risks prior to any AI implementation 
    • Create a robust governance framework to ensure the environment is properly configured to prevent data oversharing when M365 Copilot is activated 
    • Evaluate Microsoft licensing options to determine optimal compliance solution packages while maintaining cost efficiency 
    • Advise on licensing requirements for future M365 Copilot implementation and recommend preparatory compliance measures

    ✔️Must Have Skills & Experience

    • Experience of working as a solution lead in a large and complex organisation 
    • Strong understanding of records management principles and best practices 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Purview and other relevant Microsoft 365 tools, including DLP and sensitivity labelling features 
    • Deep knowledge of data classification methodologies and information protection strategies 
    • Good understanding of Microsoft Entra security 
    • Experience implementing and managing sensitivity labels and DLP policies in enterprise environments 
    • Ability to translate business data protection requirements into effective technical controls 
    • Knowledge of environmental prerequisites for secure M365 Copilot deployment 
    • Expertise in developing custom compliance reports to assess environment readiness 
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models and their impact on compliance capabilities 
    • Ability to navigate licensing limitations and propose alternative solutions to business challenges 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
