Strive & Thrive is a fast-growing podcast for entrepreneurs, founders, and SME leaders. We share honest, human stories about building businesses, the wins, the failures, and everything in between.

We’re not a polished corporate brand. We’re real, values-led, and focused on supporting the SME community. The podcast has grown quickly over the last few months, and we’re now looking for someone to help us turn great content into consistent impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to take ownership of our podcast content, marketing strategy and workflow.

This is a part‑time, ongoing role. We’re looking for someone who wants to own this area, build rhythm and continuity, and become part of the Strive & Thrive journey over time.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You’ll be responsible for making sure our content doesn’t just get created, but actually gets seen.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning the end-to-end content workflow for the podcast
• Taking ownership in running the podcast recordings
• Repurposing long-form podcast episodes into short-form content for: 
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Other social media channels (as the Podcast expands)
• Scheduling and publishing content consistently
• Managing content calendars and release timelines
• Spotting opportunities to get more value from existing content
• Suggesting improvements to how we distribute and position our content
• Acting as a reliable point of ownership for podcast marketing activity

How We Work

• Fully remote
• Approximately 4–5 days per month
  • Working Hours: 
    • 6 hours required on Mondays, 2 hours flexible for the rest of the week as required
    • Will need more flexibility on availability during the initial handover period
• A mix of: 
  • some fixed overlap time with the founders
  • flexible, independent working
• Long-term partnership mindset preferred

• Highly organised and reliable
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
• Proactive; you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Interested in entrepreneurship, SMEs, and founder stories
• Happy working in an authentic, unpolished environment
• A strong communicator in English

You don’t need to be:

• A senior marketer
• A designer
• A polished corporate professional
