Mediweb is a French web agency specialized in websites and digital solutions for dental and healthcare professionals.
We work with French-speaking project teams and Ukrainian designers/developers. We are looking for a remote independent contractor to join our web production team on a long-term basis.
Role
This is a hands-on web production role.
You will help us create, update and review WordPress websites by working with content, SEO, AI tools and production tasks. You will be the link between our French-speaking project team and our Ukrainian production team.
The role is not a classic client-facing Project Manager position. We are looking for someone practical, organized, web-oriented and very comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude in daily work.
Main responsibilities
- Understand briefs and comments from the French-speaking team.
- Turn requests into clear tasks for designers and developers.
- Create and update website pages in WordPress.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to generate and improve website content.
- Prepare SEO-friendly page structures, titles, H1/H2, meta titles and meta descriptions.
- Integrate texts, images and basic content elements on WordPress websites.
- Review pages before delivery: content, layout, links, forms, responsive behavior and basic consistency.
- Follow tasks and deadlines in Asana.
- Help improve our internal production workflows using AI.
Required skills
- Experience with WordPress.
- Good understanding of website content and page structure.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several tasks or projects at the same time.
- Good written English.
- Ukrainian or Russian for communication with the production team.
- Ability to work independently and ask clear questions when needed.
French language
French is a plus, but fluent French is not mandatory.
However, you must be able to work with French briefs and French website content using AI tools. You should be comfortable translating, understanding and checking French content with the help of ChatGPT or Claude.
Nice to have
- Experience in a web agency.
- Experience with Yoast SEO, Rank Math, Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Experience with Asana, Trello, Jira or ClickUp.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with healthcare, dental or local business websites.
- Basic French reading skills.
