Your Mission

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you won't just be writing tickets; you’ll be an architectural cornerstone. You will join a multidisciplinary product team focused on building a "best-in-class" user experience. You will be responsible for:

• Architectural Evolution: Making high-level decisions to ensure the platform scales gracefully during this hyper-growth phase.
• End-to-End Ownership: Designing and implementing reusable APIs (Laravel) and sophisticated frontend components (React).
• Technical Leadership: Leading project initiatives and coordinating small pods of engineers (3+) to deliver complex features.
• Mentorship: Elevating the craft of the engineering team through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

The Tech Stack

• Backend: PHP 8 / Laravel
• Frontend: React.js / TypeScript
• Database: MySQL 8
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Methodology: Strong emphasis on TDD

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a "product-first" engineer who understands that elegant code is a means to solving real-world customer problems.

• Experience: Approximately 6+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in the Laravel and React ecosystems.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to lead technical projects and guide the professional growth of mid-level peers.
• Product Mindset: You’ve worked in product-led environments and understand the balance between "perfect" code and "time-to-market."
• Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders or even join customer calls when a senior perspective is needed.
• Mindset: proactive, everything-is-possible attitude. You enjoy the dynamic, fast-paced nature of a scale-up environment.
