About the Role: We are a small B2B company looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help us build, analyze, and expand our client acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, and potentially new platforms).

This role is ideal for Junior-level candidates looking for rapid growth and direct mentorship. However, we are also open to specialists with prior experience who are looking for a versatile, growth-oriented generalist position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research market niches, target audiences, and potential B2B channels.
• Manage and optimize company/profile presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Create and adapt case studies and profile portfolio materials (using AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini).
• Track and update the sales funnel, monitor conversion rates, and maintain basic reporting dashboards.
• Test new lead generation approaches and help analyze what drives better results.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Location: Based in Ukraine (or Ukrainian nationals).
• Growth Mindset: Strong desire to work, learn, experiment, and take initiative.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, tables, conversion metrics, and sales funnels.
• Basic Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental lead generation concepts, B2B sales funnels, and conversion rates.
• Proactivity: Ability to ask questions, propose ideas, and dig deeper into new topics.
• Experience Level: Juniors are preferred, but candidates with solid experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn, or Upwork are also very welcome to apply.

• Location: Remote (Ukraine only).
