Your Mission as a Sales Development Representative

To proactively identify and qualify U.S. B2B prospects, spark initial interest, and deliver a strong first impression that converts leads into high-intent opportunities for the sales team.

What We Expect from You

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Customer Prospecting), within e-commerce or B2B retail.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (confident business correspondence and phone communication).
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
• Proven ability to build and segment lead databases using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clutch, Google Search, etc.
• Basic call handling skills, including active listening and identifying customer pain points.

• Ability to write clear, engaging, and effective cold emails.

   

Your Responsibilities

• Research and build a database of potential clients in the B2B segment (segmentation, prioritization).
• Initial outreach via email campaigns, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct qualification calls with potential clients.
• Identify client needs and accurately document information in the CRM.
• Schedule introductory meetings or product demos.
• Maintain up-to-date lead data in the CRM and keep lead reports current.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop a strong value proposition.

To drive sustainable growth and profitability of our Amazon channel while strengthening Mamma Mia Covers’ position as a leading brand in the U.S. market.

What We Expect from You

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts with clear ownership of results, ideally in a product-based / branded business (home & living, textiles or similar).
• Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem for physical products: listings, SEO, PPC, promotions, fees, and unit economics.
• Proactive and initiative-driven mindset — ability to quickly respond to changes, identify risks, and propose solutions before issues escalate.
• Deep analytical thinking: ability to dive into data, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions, collaborating with the team and Amazon Support when needed.
• Experience working with performance metrics, reports, and dashboards, translating data into business decisions.
• Solid Excel skills (formulas, filtering, structuring data).
• Leadership potential: ability to take responsibility and influence others to achieve results.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams (marketing, product, logistics).
• English — Strong Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate +.

• Own the overall performance of the Amazon channel, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Optimize listings to improve visibility, conversion, and long-term organic performance.
• Monitor and manage Amazon-related costs, identifying inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze advertising performance and contribute to strategic decisions that impact revenue and margin.
• Deep-dive into performance issues, anomalies, or account risks, taking full ownership from diagnosis to resolution.
• Actively communicate with Amazon Support when needed to resolve complex or non-standard issues.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities related to Amazon operations, including collaboration with the Catalog Manager.
• Improve and scale internal processes to support growth and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of Amazon as a separate, strategically important business direction within the company.
