In this role, you will:

• Сonduct the audit of current onboarding and offboarding processes and implement needed changes to make these processes more efficient
• Coordinate contract signing with employees according to the type of cooperation, preparing necessary agreements and documents (cooperation/labour contracts, NDA, liability agreements, etc.) to ensure safe labour relations for the company
• Based on legal requirements keep necessary employment documentation and maintain Macpawians’ records, which include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation (e.g. employment applications and orders, holiday, sick leave, maternity leave, termination, etc.) to ensure legal compliance with mandatory employee documentation
• Design job descriptions and department regulations
• Handle war-related employer issues — monitor and analyze law changes and updates, analyze internal state and possible risks, research relevant solutions and prepare needed information for decision-making by the company stakeholders, deal with reservation and military record-keeping
• Gather, validate, and submit necessary company and employees information/reports for government authorities and internal accountancy
• Handle the requests from the employees

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Profound experience in a similar position

• Practical experience in carrying out independent management of personnel records

The primary goal of this role is to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads for our sales team by launching, optimizing, and scaling effective PPC campaigns. You will play a key role in maximizing leads while continuously working to reduce CPL, directly impacting our growth and revenue goals.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct the audit of advertising campaigns (Google Ads / Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads), identify key growth opportunities, and prepare optimization recommendations  
• Analyze the performance of current landing pages and suggest hypotheses for A/B testing  
• Generate ideas, launch and test hypotheses, analyze the results, and define next steps to improve performance, maximize leads + reduce CPL
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, CR, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a PMM, sales specialists, designers, copywriters, and analytics, to launch high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Effectively manage large media budgets across Tier 1 GEOs and other markets
• Regularly report on performance, trends, and optimization insights

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B user acquisition for a SaaS product
• Profound experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads
• Proven track record in managing lead generation funnels: from CPL to MQL/SQL
• Strong analytical skills with experience using GA, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Lead Gen Forms campaigns
• Proficient in A/B testing of creatives and landing pages
• Results-oriented mindset with high levels of autonomy and responsibility
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously look for growth opportunities
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)

As a plus:

• Experience with Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.
• Experience with Google Ads for B2C products
• Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Strategy certifications
