Position:
Business Analyst (German, French or Spanish language skills are a plus)

Your Profile
- You’re studying or have a background in IT, Mathematics, Business, or Engineering (including Applied Linguistics, Economics, or similar fields).
- You have solid communication skills and are eager to learn new technologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (CRUD operations) or strong Excel skills (vlookup, IF formulas, etc.).
- At least intermediate English (especially speaking); other languages at an intermediate level are a bonus.
- You’re ambitious, analytical, organized, ready to improve yourself, and a great team player.
- You’re willing and able to travel abroad on business trips.
Your Responsibilities
- Get to know our software and technologies—we'll train you on everything you need to know.
- Analyze and process large logistics operations based on customer requirements.
- Build digital twins to simulate real-world logistics scenarios.
- Test workflows and analyze results to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Report and manage issues, working closely with developers to find solutions.
- After gaining enough experience:
- Provide consulting services to our global clients
- Conduct training sessions and support customer projects
- Travel to meet clients around the world

We are an innovative technology company working on cutting-edge AI, robotics, and cloud infrastructure projects in close cooperation with our colleagues in Munich, Germany. Our work spans advanced computer vision, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and scalable cloud solutions.
Your Role As DevOps Engineer, you will design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our AI and robotics solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with development teams and customers, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Observability: Setup and maintain Telegraf, Grafana, and InfluxDB monitoring solutions.
- Jetson Platform Setup: Configure JetPack 6.0 and JetPack 6.2 for new NVIDIA AGX Orin devices.
- Robotics Middleware: Install and configure ROS2 and Zenoh on Jetson Orin.
- CI/CD Ownership: Take full responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and fixing DroneCI issues.
- Customer DevOps Support: Handle deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting for customer environments.
- New Project Onboarding: Set up and launch new projects for customers, including AMRs, servers, cameras, and network infrastructure.
- Google Cloud Platform: Deploy and configure new servers, maintain existing instances and services, and set up autoscaling logic for DroneCI.
- Internal Support: Assist colleagues with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Solid DevOps experience (infrastructure setup, CI/CD, cloud platforms).
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms, ROS2, and Zenoh (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong skills in Linux, scripting (Bash/Python), and networking.
- Experience with GCP and containerization (Docker).
- Understanding of monitoring tools (Grafana, InfluxDB, Telegraf).
- Good English skills — both written and spoken.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
