The Role: Machine Learning Developer
You’ll work directly with our AI team to boost system efficiency and create next-generation solutions. This role includes hands-on R&D and practical applications of AI and computer vision in logistics.

Your Responsibilities
- Apply Machine Learning & Computer Vision to logistics challenges.
- Implement & Extend state-of-the-art deep learning research (e. g. Llama from Meta and ChatGPT from OpenAI)

- Work on guidance of autonomous vehicles, camera-based object identification, and object tracking.

Your Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python; basic C++ is a bonus.
- Comfortable with Linux, Bash, Docker.
- Familiarity with ML libraries or frameworks (e. g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, TensorRT, gstreamer, pyro, Numpy, Fastapi) is a plus.
- Learning Mindset: Eager to explore new research and tackle complex problems.
- Creative Innovator: You love developing fresh ideas to drive real-world impact.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate.
- English Proficiency: Intermediate or higher English for daily communication.

From day one you’ll collaborate closely with our engineers and developers, assemble and commission robots, and see your ideas turn into working solutions.

What you’ll do
- Assemble & wire all electronic systems in our robots and accessories
- Perform first-time commissioning, functional checks and safety tests
- Conduct fault analysis & repairs on electronic and mechanical components
- Travel to customers worldwide for on-site start-ups, maintenance and training. Ideally if you could travel outside Ukraine.
- Provide remote support and feed field insights straight back to the development team
- Help integrate new technologies into the next robot generations
What you bring
- Completed apprenticeship or degree as Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician or similar
- Genuine interest—and ideally first hands-on experience—in industrial automation or robotics
- Team spirit plus an independent, precise working style
- Conversational English (German a bonus, not a must)
- Readiness to travel internationally and represent our company on customer sites

Your Role As DevOps Engineer, you will design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our AI and robotics solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with development teams and customers, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Observability: Setup and maintain Telegraf, Grafana, and InfluxDB monitoring solutions.
- Jetson Platform Setup: Configure JetPack 6.0 and JetPack 6.2 for new NVIDIA AGX Orin devices.
- Robotics Middleware: Install and configure ROS2 and Zenoh on Jetson Orin.
- CI/CD Ownership: Take full responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and fixing DroneCI issues.
- Customer DevOps Support: Handle deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting for customer environments.
- New Project Onboarding: Set up and launch new projects for customers, including AMRs, servers, cameras, and network infrastructure.
- Google Cloud Platform: Deploy and configure new servers, maintain existing instances and services, and set up autoscaling logic for DroneCI.
- Internal Support: Assist colleagues with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Solid DevOps experience (infrastructure setup, CI/CD, cloud platforms).
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms, ROS2, and Zenoh (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong skills in Linux, scripting (Bash/Python), and networking.
- Experience with GCP and containerization (Docker).
- Understanding of monitoring tools (Grafana, InfluxDB, Telegraf).
- Good English skills — both written and spoken.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
