Loansure is a US product company building AI for the mortgage industry. Formerly Monster Lead Group — a 12-year leader in lead generation for consumer-direct mortgage lenders — we relaunched as Loansure in 2026 to do something bigger: run growth across the entire funnel, from first impression to funded loan.
Headquartered in Owings Mills, Maryland, we’re a data and technology company that combines proprietary homeowner data, AI call intelligence, and real-time funnel diagnostics into a single loan-acquisition platform. The idea is simple — turn real homeowner behavior and real sales conversations into decisions lenders can act on, so they grow predictably in any rate environment.
