    As the company continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our team with an HR Generalist. HR Generalist will be responsible for the full cycle of HR processes - from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably covering the full HR cycle.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, development, and employee engagement. (The role requires a proactive approach to talent scouting, including exploring non-traditional channels such as professional online communities, forums, and niche platforms (such as Reddit, Discord) to identify potential candidates for emerging or specialized roles.)
    • Experience conducting one-on-one and exit interviews, engagement and satisfaction surveys.
    • Knowledge of HR documentation standards.
    • English - B2/C1.
    • Ability to tackle several tasks simultaneously.
    • High empathy, openness, and strong communication skills.
    • Structured thinking and attention to detail.
    • Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to build trusting, partnership-based relationships with managers.
    • Skilled in constructive conflict resolution.
       

    Nice to Have

    • Experience launching HR processes from scratch.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


    Website & Tech Execution

    • Coordinate Shopify developer for new designs, theme updates, checkout and funnel improvements.
    • Oversee tracking setup (Pixels, GA4, GTM, server-side events).


    Creative & Landing Pages

    • Brief designers on landing pages, product images, and brand, marketing and creative assets.
    • Manage drafts, revisions, approvals, and publishing.


    Marketing & Funnel Management

    • Oversee email flow creation (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, promos).
    • Coordinate SMM schedules (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and content needs.
    • Manage sales funnels and landing page launches from structure → execution → optimization.


    Operations & Team Coordination

    • Run weekly sprints and manage tasks.
    • Set priorities, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Translate founder direction into clear project briefs and hold team accountable.


    Experience

    • 3+ years project management (e-commerce and shopify preferred).
    • Strong English communication - B2 or higher.
    • Proven experience with funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows.
    • Working understanding of SEO + SMM.
    • Comfortable overseeing dev + design + marketing simultaneously.
