Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our Finance team and support the day-to-day financial operations of our European business, with a primary focus on the Romanian market.
In this role, you'll manage invoices, payments, cash flow, and monthly financial reporting while ensuring the accuracy of financial operations for our Romanian legal entities. You'll work closely with Accounting, Operations, and external partners to keep financial processes efficient and compliant.
 

We're looking for someone with experience in European finance operations, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Requirements

• At least 3 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of financial processes and accounting documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, FGO
• Experience working with banking systems and payment platforms is a plus.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay invoices, ensuring accurate accounts payable management.
• Execute recurring payments and monitor company bank accounts.
• Prepare and issue invoices to partners, while tracking accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Cash Flow and partner reports.
• Perform financial reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Handle refunds, payment disputes, and card payment approvals.
• Collaborate with the accounting team, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day finance operations.

Ми шукаємо Lifecycle/CRM Marketing Specialist, який відповідатиме за розвиток CRM-комунікацій для користувачів Liki24 на українському та європейських ринках.

Основний фокус ролі - розвиток тригерних сценаріїв, запуск CRM-кампаній та покращення показників повторних покупок і утримання клієнтів.

Важливо, щоб спеціаліст умів працювати з даними, аналізувати ефективність кампаній, формувати гіпотези та приймати рішення на основі аналітики.

Requirements

2+ роки досвіду у CRM, Lifecycle або Retention Marketing.

Практичний досвід роботи з eSputnik або аналогічною CRM-платформою.

Досвід побудови та оптимізації тригерних сценаріїв.

Досвід роботи з декількома країнами або багатомовними CRM-кампаніями.

Вміння аналізувати результати кампаній, знаходити точки росту та пропонувати покращення.

Data-driven підхід, вміння працювати з CRM-метриками, формувати гіпотези та перевіряти їх через експерименти.

Досвід роботи з Email та Push-комунікаціями.

Базове знання HTML/CSS для редагування й адаптації email-шаблонів.

Впевнене володіння Excel або Google Sheets.

Англійська - Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities

Планування та запуск CRM-кампаній для різних країн і сегментів користувачів.

Створення та розвиток тригерних сценаріїв в eSputnik.

Сегментація клієнтської бази та персоналізація комунікацій.

Аналіз результатів кампаній, підготовка висновків та рекомендацій.

Проведення A/B тестів і запуск нових гіпотез.

Робота з campaign calendar.

Співпраця з командами Marketing, Product, Design.

Would be a plus

Досвід у e-commerce, marketplace або health-tech;

Досвід роботи з програмами лояльності;

Досвід запуску Mobile Push або Web Push;

Досвід роботи з GA4, Power BI або іншими системами аналітики.
