    About the Role

    We are looking for a Carrier Operations Specialist who will help us manage deep relationships with transportation carriers and support reliable delivery operations across Europe.

    You will act as the main point of contact between our company and logistics carriers, maintaining strong working relationships and practical partnerships, coordinating communication, managing the full integration, and ensuring agreements are followed in daily operations.

    This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable reaching out to companies, negotiating in English in a B2B environment.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with carriers and logistics partners
    • Negotiate rates and cooperation terms when needed
    • Ensure carriers follow agreed service levels, and help resolve delivery issues if needed
    • Monitor carrier performance and report concerns
    • Support onboarding of new carriers and coordinate their full connection/integration
    • Identify and engage potential carrier partners, guiding them from initial contact to signed agreements

     

    RequirementsMust-Have

    • Advanced English (spoken and written)
    • Comfortable with outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Organized and proactive approach to follow-ups and communication
    • Experience communicating with companies in a B2B environment
    • Experience participating in price or cooperation negotiations
    • Comfortable coordinating multiple partners at the same time
    • Able to work independently

     

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in logistics, delivery, supply chain, purchasing, or sales
    • Experience working with contracts or vendors

    • Experience in testing Web and Mobile Applications, Rest APIs.
    • Good knowledge of the QA process, terminology, and methodology.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Test Execution. Perform manual testing of websites and mobile application using existing test cases and scenarios to ensure functionality, usability, and overall quality.
    • Test Design & Maintenance. Create, document, and continuously update test cases, test scenarios, and related QA artifacts to cover new features and evolving requirements.

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads (preferably in e-commerce).

    You’ll be responsible for identifying and launching new high-potential product categories, analyzing competitive positioning, and driving initiatives to expand our catalog and market footprint. You’ll work closely with supply, content, and marketing teams to validate hypotheses, refine our offering, and turn insights into real business impact.
