We are looking for a Product Manager (3-5 years of experience) who will own and scale Retention at Liki24. Hands-on, growth-driven product leader who can independently identify opportunities, generate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution end-to-end. You should be comfortable diving into data, understanding user behavior, and proactively proposing what to test and how to build it.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Product Management (ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, subscription, or growth environments);
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data independently;
Proven experience running A/B tests and driving measurable business impact;
Ownership mentality — you don’t wait for instructions;
Ability to move from insight → hypothesis → execution → impact;
Comfortable working cross-functionally (design, engineering, CRM, marketing);
Growth-oriented and ROI-driven.

Responsibilities

Launch and own new retention features & channels (Autoship & Save, Yearly Membership);
Identify segments and create Personalised User Experience to improve Retention;
Improve retention through existing channels (optimize email and push touchpoints, improve Rewards program, improve product-led reactivation flows);
Own experimentation (define and prioritize retention hypotheses, run A/B tests across product and communication layers);
Drive product changes that impact repeat behavior (new retention-focused features, UX improvements that reduce friction in reordering).

Role Mission
Drive revenue growth in the Romanian market by acquiring and developing partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and related stakeholders through tailored advertising and promotional solutions on the Liki24 marketplace and external channels.

Requirements

Fluent English and Romanian

Proven experience in B2B outbound sales (hunter profile).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to interpret campaign performance and translate it into client value.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple clients and priorities.
High level of ownership and accountability for revenue targets.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. NetHunt, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Comfortable working with data and basic performance analysis.

Responsibilities

New Business Development (Primary Focus)
Identify and engage potential clients (pharma, agencies, distributors).
Drive full-cycle outbound sales.
Develop tailored commercial proposals based on client needs and business goals.
Own and manage personal sales pipeline in CRM (NetHunt).

Commercial & Solution Selling
Translate client marketing goals into customized advertising solutions, by leveraging internal marketplace`s tools and external marketing channels (search, social media).
Collaborate with internal marketing teams (PPC, SEO, lifecycle, design).
Define budget allocation across channels to maximize client ROI.

Account Development (Post-sale)
Maintain ongoing communication with key clients.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Operational Ownership
Participation in the launch of marketing campaigns, as well as coordination of the launch with cross-functional teams.
Track payments and ensure contract execution.
Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking in CRM.

Would be a plus

Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare market in Romania.
Background in advertising / digital marketing agencies.
Understanding of digital marketing / advertising metrics (CPC, ROI, conversion, etc.).

Ми в пошуку Junior Financial Controller, який/яка підсилить фінансову команду та допоможе забезпечити якісний фінансовий облік, контроль витрат і підтримку управлінської звітності. Це чудова можливість для спеціаліста з досвідом роботи від 1-го року, який хоче розвиватись у фінансовому контролінгу в міжнародному e-commerce / healthtech бізнесі.

Наші очікування:

• Вища освіта у сфері фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку або економіки
• Досвід роботи від 1 року (бухгалтерія, аудит, фінансовий аналіз або контролінг)
• Розуміння принципів бухгалтерського обліку та фінансової звітності
• Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets (зведені таблиці, формули)
• Англійська мова — не нижче Pre-Intermediate
• Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей
• Вміння працювати з великим обсягом даних

Основні задачі:

• Залучення до підготовки управлінської звітності (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Підтримка процесу закриття місяця
• Звірка даних з бухгалтерією та іншими підрозділами
• Контроль платежів, дебіторської/кредиторської заборгованості
• Контроль операційних витрат та бюджетів

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи в Big-4
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними компаніями
• Досвід роботи з BAS / ERP-системами
