We are looking for a Product Manager (3-5 years of experience) who will own and scale Retention at Liki24. Hands-on, growth-driven product leader who can independently identify opportunities, generate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution end-to-end. You should be comfortable diving into data, understanding user behavior, and proactively proposing what to test and how to build it.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Product Management (ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, subscription, or growth environments);
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data independently;
Proven experience running A/B tests and driving measurable business impact;
Ownership mentality — you don’t wait for instructions;
Ability to move from insight → hypothesis → execution → impact;
Comfortable working cross-functionally (design, engineering, CRM, marketing);
Growth-oriented and ROI-driven.

Responsibilities

Launch and own new retention features & channels (Autoship & Save, Yearly Membership);
Identify segments and create Personalised User Experience to improve Retention;
Improve retention through existing channels (optimize email and push touchpoints, improve Rewards program, improve product-led reactivation flows);
Own experimentation (define and prioritize retention hypotheses, run A/B tests across product and communication layers);
Drive product changes that impact repeat behavior (new retention-focused features, UX improvements that reduce friction in reordering).

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented specialist who is ready to grow in performance marketing and work with advertising campaigns across Ukraine and EU markets.
This role is a great fit for someone who already has initial hands-on experience with Meta Ads and wants to deepen their expertise in e-commerce marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Requirements

Understanding of digital marketing principles and key metrics: CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROI
Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads (preferably in e-commerce)
Experience managing campaigns with budgets starting from 1,000 USD/month
Basic working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Spreadsheets
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
English level B1 or higher

Responsibilities

Work with an e-commerce project across Ukraine and the EU
Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Meta Ads
Perform regular campaign optimization (targeting & creatives)
Configure and maintain Meta Pixel and Commerce Manager
Improve and monitor product feeds for Meta
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve performance

Would be a plus

Experience with Google Ads / Microsoft Ads / TikTok Ads
Knowledge of additional European languages
Experience using AI tools for creative generation

About the Role

We are looking for a Carrier Operations Specialist who will help us manage deep relationships with transportation carriers and support reliable delivery operations across Europe.

You will act as the main point of contact between our company and logistics carriers, maintaining strong working relationships and practical partnerships, coordinating communication, managing the full integration, and ensuring agreements are followed in daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable reaching out to companies, negotiating in English in a B2B environment.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with carriers and logistics partners
• Negotiate rates and cooperation terms when needed
• Ensure carriers follow agreed service levels, and help resolve delivery issues if needed
• Monitor carrier performance and report concerns
• Support onboarding of new carriers and coordinate their full connection/integration
• Identify and engage potential carrier partners, guiding them from initial contact to signed agreements

RequirementsMust-Have

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Organized and proactive approach to follow-ups and communication
• Experience communicating with companies in a B2B environment
• Experience participating in price or cooperation negotiations
• Comfortable coordinating multiple partners at the same time
• Able to work independently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in logistics, delivery, supply chain, purchasing, or sales
• Experience working with contracts or vendors
• Knowledge of European logistics carriers
• Basic understanding of how shipping integrations work (no specific technical skills required)
