Your responsibilities:

• Writing clear, engaging cover letters for potential clients.
• Analyzing clients’ profiles and setting filters to find the right ones.
• Researching companies and evaluating their potential.
• Managing information in the CRM system.

• Communicate with clients to detail tasks and maintain transparent interaction throughout the project.
• Conduct regular calls with the team to synchronize on the work performed and current progress.

Кого шукаємо

Hard Skills

• 2+ роки досвіду у веброзробці
• Досвід розробки під CMS (WordPress або Shopify)
• Впевнене володіння HTML, SCSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Досвід створення анімацій: CSS transitions, GSAP або Framer Motion
• Досвід роботи з REST API (інтеграції, отримання та передача даних)
• Базове розуміння серверної частини — PHP / Node.js, робота з хостингом, деплой
• Висока культура написання коду. Розуміння принципів адаптивної та кросбраузерної верстки
• Базові навички оптимізації швидкодії (Lighthouse, lazy load, code splitting, image optimization)
• Знання основ SEO-оптимізації та Core Web Vitals

Буде плюсом:

• Глибші знання WordPress - розширення функціоналу через теми, створення плагінів
• Досвід побудови власних тем або кастомних storefront для Shopify

• Робота з PIXI.js / Three.js або іншими бібліотеками для інтерактивів

   

Soft Skills

• Самостійність та ініціативність у пропонуванні нових підходів і технологій, що покращиватимуть сервіс
• Вміння точно оцінювати необхідні ресурси для реалізації проектів та відповідальне ставлення до дедлайнів
• Досвід роботи в менеджерських інструментах (Jira або аналоги)
• Сильні комунікаційні навички та вміння співпрацювати з командою

• Рівень англійської — від B1+ (для читання ТЗ, обговорень з клієнтом)
