We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can take ownership of the platform’s backend architecture and lead the technical execution of the engineering team. This role combines architecture, hands-on development, and team leadership. You will design complex backend solutions, decompose them into actionable tasks, support engineers during implementation, review code, and help maintain a high engineering standard across the product.

 

About the project:
 

We are building a large AI-driven platform for the Healthcare domain designed to automate Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, payment posting, data processing, and other operational workflows that have traditionally required significant manual effort.
The platform combines traditional workflow automation, data-processing and scraping components, and AI-powered agents capable of handling more complex business processes.

This is a long-term product where the Technical Lead will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence backend architecture, engineering practices, technical decisions, and the future direction of the platform.

Requirements:
 

• 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Proven experience designing and implementing backend architecture for complex applications
• Experience building scalable, high-load, or high-throughput systems
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance
• Experience designing systems that consist of multiple services, modules, or integrations
• Strong experience with relational databases
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience leading developers, reviewing pull requests, mentoring engineers, and supporting their professional growth
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to architecture
• Practical understanding of modern AI-assisted development tools and how to use them effectively throughout the software development lifecycle
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to Have:
 

• Experience working on Healthcare products
• Experience working with Redis or similar caching and data-processing technologies
• Experience building AI-powered products, automation platforms, or agent-based systems
• Experience designing distributed systems using Python

Responsibilities:
 

• Own and continuously develop the backend architecture of the platform
• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions for complex product requirements
• Make architectural and technical decisions together with the Head of AI and other stakeholders
• Translate high-level product and business requirements into clear technical solutions
• Mentor developers and support their technical and professional development
• Improve system performance, reliability, maintainability, and observability
• Support the product as it moves further into production and scales across additional modules and business processes
• Promote effective use of AI and LLM-based tools within the engineering workflow

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule. No late meetings and overtime.

About the project  

We are building a new Data Platform that consolidates data from various third-party SaaS products into centralized analytical environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. The platform will provide clients with secure access to reporting and analytics-ready data through Data Warehouses and APIs. 
This is a greenfield initiative where the selected engineer will play a key role in defining architecture, selecting technologies, building ETL/ELT pipelines, and establishing the foundation for a long-term Data Platform offering. 

Requirements:  

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture 
• Strong commercial experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks or Microsoft Fabric 
• Experience designing and building Data Warehouse or Data Lake solutions 
• Hands-on experience with Big Data processing 
• Strong ETL/ELT pipeline development experience 
• Excellent SQL skills 
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (terabytes of data) 
• Strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization 
• Upper-Intermediate+ English 
• Ability to work independently and make architecture decisions 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement scalable Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures 
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines 
• Develop data ingestion solutions for multiple third-party SaaS platforms 
• Process and transform large volumes of structured data

Support/Billing в медичній компанії відповідає за моніторинг і забезпечення всіх фінансових операцій, що мають відношення до перебування пацієнта в госпіталі:

- Введення інформації про пацієнта в систему обліку;

- Визначення умов страховки пацієнта;

- Збір фінансової інформації про пацієнта (рахунки, активи, рух коштів і т.д.);

- Виставлення рахунків страховим компаніям;

- Відстеження надходження коштів в рахунок оплати;

- Hобота здійснюється у львівському офісі, проте в ході роботи необхідно здійснювати дзвінки в США.

Вимоги:

- Розмовний рівень англійської мови, бажаний регулярний досвід спілкування з носіями мови;

- Уважність, відповідальність, досвід роботи з цифрами та на подібній посаді

- У зв'язку з роботою клієнтів у США робота буде здійснюватися за графіком з 14:00 до 23:00 з офісу у Львові або з 15.00 по 24.00 віддалено
