We're looking for a Technical Lead/Architect who will lead our team to deliver our new Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. You will collaborate with other product and technology teams, as well as lead a platform team to enhance a robust and efficient client experience holistically. You will be responsible for the management and guidance of full-stack software engineering, quality engineering, platform engineering teams, and all facets of resource management, budget, and delivery of the product roadmap. This leader is passionate about high-quality and on-time products that deliver amazing results to our clients. 

About the project: The project is an application designed for patient management within hospital and nursing home networks in the United States, along with billing and insurance functionalities. It serves two client instances with a shared codebase, but different configurations, handle large amounts of time-sensitive data and has complex DB and code architecture. 

Requirements:  

• 7+ years of experience leading product development delivery teams preferably cloud-based SaaS applications and services
• Strong and detailed knowledge of and experience with modern technology, .NET Stack, Angular, cloud computing, DevOps, continuous integration, and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all functions at all levels of the organization
• Work experience that demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Experience building, operating, and maintaining SaaS applications and services on Azure preferred
• Enterprise and/or systems architecture design experience
• Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills needed, along with a well-rounded technical and business knowledge
• Ability to work with remote and international teams
• Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
• English – Upper Intermediate - Advanced 

Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive the project’s technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices
• Lead architecture design and high-level technical decisions across two client instances with a shared codebase
• Conduct thorough impact analysis for all proposed changes to ensure system stability, scalability, and data integrity
• Drive technical excellence across the team by enforcing code quality, security standards, and performance optimization practices
• Collaborate with developers, DB engineer, QA, BAs, and tech writer to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions
• Oversee CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth and secure deployments of time-sensitive healthcare features
• Review and validate system and application architecture to support high-load, sensitive data operations in a compliant manner
• Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering continuous improvement and technical growth
• Proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks; propose and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective documentation and technical communication across stakeholders
• Communicate our solutions to client representatives, both from technical and business sides    

Team: 1 Team Lead, 2 Senior .NET Full Stack devs, 2 Middle .NET Full stack devs, 1PM, 3QAs, 1 DB developer, 2 BAs, 2 DevOPS engineers.    

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule. Need at least 4 hours of overlap with the client in EST.

This role combines client success, operational coordination, and revenue growth. The Account Manager will work closely with healthcare billing teams, admissions departments, and internal technical teams to resolve issues, support onboarding, and identify opportunities to expand usage of the platform. 
The ideal candidate understands payer workflows, eligibility verification processes, claims and denial management, and healthcare data exchange standards. 

About the project: Approved Admissions is a healthcare technology company focused on simplifying insurance eligibility verification, coverage tracking, and payer communication for healthcare providers. Our platform helps billing teams, admissions staff, and revenue cycle leaders reduce delays, prevent denials, and improve reimbursement accuracy. We work with skilled nursing facilities, billing companies, and healthcare organizations that manage high volumes of patient coverage checks and payer communication. 

Requirements:  

• Account Manager with 2-5 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations. 
• The role requires a strong understanding of claims processing, denials, payer workflows, and insurance eligibility verification. 
• The candidate should have experience working with healthcare providers, billing companies, or payer systems.  
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills are mandatory, as well as the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Preferred background includes experience with EHR systems, clearinghouses, payer portals, and familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards (HIPAA, X12 270/271, 837, 835).  
• Fluent English, strong soft skills, and a client‑centric mindset are emphasized.

Support/Billing в медичній компанії відповідає за моніторинг і забезпечення всіх фінансових операцій, що мають відношення до перебування пацієнта в госпіталі:

- Введення інформації про пацієнта в систему обліку;

- Визначення умов страховки пацієнта;

- Збір фінансової інформації про пацієнта (рахунки, активи, рух коштів і т.д.);
