• Experience in a marketing leadership role, managing a team and driving the overall marketing strategy.
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams, including marketing, PR, SMM, SEO, PCC and lead generation specialists.
• Ability to create, implement, and adjust marketing strategies for several brands, products, or business directions simultaneously.
• Strong data-driven approach to marketing, including experience collecting, analysing, and interpreting marketing and sales data.
• Practical experience defining marketing KPIs, building reporting processes, evaluating funnel performance, and making decisions based on measurable results.
• Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, experimentation, and performance evaluation tools.
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing, demand generation, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern SEO practices, website optimisation, content strategy, and basic website configuration.
• Experience working with both product-based and outsourcing or service-based business models.
• Practical experience using AI and LLM-based tools in marketing processes. Ability to build or convert already existing strategies
• Understanding of how AI is changing search, content creation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, marketing operations, and buyer behaviour.
• Proven ability to initiate and run marketing experiments, validate hypotheses, and turn successful ideas into scalable processes.
• Ability to translate new business or product ideas into clear positioning, messaging, promotional materials, and go-to-market activities.
• Willingness to remain involved in operational work when necessary, including campaign execution, website updates, marketing materials, tender-related activities, and other hands-on tasks.
• Strong ownership, independence, and ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall marketing strategy for Langate and its portfolio of brands and products.
• Develop separate marketing approaches based on each brand’s audience, maturity, business model, and growth objectives.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the marketing, PR, SMM, SEO, content, and lead generation functions.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and tender-related documentation.
• Establish clear responsibilities, KPIs, reporting standards, and performance expectations across the marketing team.
• Ensure effective delegation while maintaining sufficient understanding of each marketing direction to evaluate quality and results.
• Build a consistent data-driven decision-making process across all marketing activities.
• Monitor inbound lead generation and ensure that lead flow remains stable across existing business directions.
• Identify opportunities to increase qualified inbound demand, brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyse marketing and sales funnels, identify bottlenecks, and propose measurable improvements.
• Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market approaches for new products and platforms.
• Support the company’s strategic transition towards productization while continuing to develop and reposition the outsourcing direction.
• Introduce and expand the use of AI and automation across marketing workflows.
• Research new AI-related marketing practices, tools, platforms, and changes in customer acquisition behaviour.
• Oversee website development and optimisation from a marketing perspective.
• Work closely with sales and lead generation teams to align messaging, campaigns, target audiences, and qualification criteria.
• Present strategies, results, risks, and recommendations to the CEO and company leadership.
• Maintain a balance between strategic leadership and direct involvement in daily marketing operations.

About the project  

We are building a new Data Platform that consolidates data from various third-party SaaS products into centralized analytical environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. The platform will provide clients with secure access to reporting and analytics-ready data through Data Warehouses and APIs. 
This is a greenfield initiative where the selected engineer will play a key role in defining architecture, selecting technologies, building ETL/ELT pipelines, and establishing the foundation for a long-term Data Platform offering. 

Requirements:  

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture 
• Strong commercial experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks or Microsoft Fabric 
• Experience designing and building Data Warehouse or Data Lake solutions 
• Hands-on experience with Big Data processing 
• Strong ETL/ELT pipeline development experience 
• Excellent SQL skills 
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (terabytes of data) 
• Strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization

About the project: The project is an application designed for patient management within hospital and nursing home networks in the United States, along with billing and insurance functionalities. It serves two client instances with a shared codebase, but different configurations, handle large amounts of time-sensitive data and has complex DB and code architecture. 

Requirements:  

• 7+ years of experience leading product development delivery teams preferably cloud-based SaaS applications and services
• Strong and detailed knowledge of and experience with modern technology, .NET Stack, Angular, cloud computing, DevOps, continuous integration, and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all functions at all levels of the organization
• Work experience that demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Experience building, operating, and maintaining SaaS applications and services on Azure preferred
