We're a design studio working with deep tech, SaaS/AI, fintech, and life sciences clients. Our Webflow site is currently a single landing page, and we're launching a structured blog to support organic growth and authority. We need a developer who is strong in both Webflow and technical SEO — most Webflow developers we've met know the design side but lack SEO fundamentals, and that's exactly what we want to avoid.

This is a full-time role. We're looking for someone who can commit full-time and work with us on an ongoing basis — first fixing the foundations, then building and maintaining the blog/CMS as we scale content. We have a detailed strategy and CMS spec ready, so you'd be implementing against a clear plan and running your own technical check on top.

Phase 1 — Fix the foundations (a recent audit flagged these):

• Create and submit an XML sitemap (currently missing)
• Verify/configure Google Search Console and GA4
• Fix a 4XX error page and broken external links
• Add missing meta descriptions and H1 headings
• Update homepage title tag and meta description to reflect current positioning (deep tech, not "creative direction")
• Restructure from a single landing page into proper internal pages (services, verticals, case studies) with real internal linking

Phase 2 — Build the blog/CMS in Webflow:

• Set up a "Blog Posts" CMS Collection with SEO fields: SEO title, meta description, OG image, canonical URL, schema JSON, category, related posts, CTA module
• Create editorial categories with vertical tags for interlinking and topical authority
• Implement Article and FAQ schema markup (for SEO and AI search / AEO-GEO)
• Clean URL structure (/blog/post-name/, no dates), canonical tags, indexing control
• Related-posts and contextual CTA modules linking to service pages and case studies
• Performance: optimized images, lazy load, lightweight templates
• GA4/GTM event tracking (CTA clicks, service-link clicks, form starts) — we care about intent, not just pageviews
• Newsletter / lead-capture form setup

Requirements:

• Available full-time and able to commit to an ongoing engagement
• Proven Webflow development with live examples (ideally B2B sites with a blog/CMS)
• Solid technical SEO: sitemaps, indexing, crawlability, schema, canonicals, Search Console
• Able to run your own technical audit, not just follow a checklist
• Familiar with GA4/GTM and custom event setup
• Reliable communication with regular progress updates
