Hi! We’re an IT outsourcing agency working with international clients, mainly through Upwork. We’re looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager who will manage the sales process from the first message to a signed contract.

What you’ll do

• Search for relevant projects and clients on Upwork.
• Write personalized proposals for specific client needs.
• Communicate with leads in English and clarify project requirements, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Follow up with leads and move deals through the sales pipeline.
• Close deals and hand projects over to the delivery team.
• Help find and match Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, PMs, and other specialists for new projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Track leads, deal statuses, and weekly sales results.

What we’re looking for

• English — Intermediate (B1) or higher.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Client Management.
• Upwork experience is a strong advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in follow-ups and handling objections.
• Result-oriented and comfortable working with sales metrics.
