About The Role

In this role, you will drive tangible business impact by delivering high-quality insights and recommendations, leveraging your ability to combine strategic thinking and problem-solving with detailed analysis. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, uncovering business insights, devising optimization strategies, and validating them through experiments.
 

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure and perform deep-dive analyses, delivering actionable insights into key business areas
• Analyze large datasets (internal and external) to identify growth and optimization opportunities, translating findings into business recommendations and effectively communicating them to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using ML models, A/B and MAB experimentation, while building reports to understand business trends
• Track and implement business metrics to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making
• Act as a lead analyst, gaining deep insights into the JustAnswer audience to inform strategic decisions.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products).
• Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling
• Experience with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
• Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, or Hypothesis Testing, with proven ability to analyze results.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
• English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level).

About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will join a mission-critical initiative to build an AI-powered subscription platform for solo professionals (Fount.com). Fount is an independent product unit partially supported by JustAnswer, and you’ll join its core delivery team. We’re developing a category-defining toolset that helps experts get leads, manage communications, and grow their businesses — all enhanced by intelligent AI assistants.

You’ll work across the full stack (.NET Core/C# + React.js), helping build new features like an auction system for lead bidding, expert/customer chats, contracts, and billing tools. Much of the work is greenfield (from the scratch), and you’ll play a key role in defining scalable architecture and shipping impactful features.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, backend logic modules, and front-end experiences using React.js and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders to clarify requirements and contribute to technical planning and documentation.
• Conduct code and design reviews, provide architectural input, and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, NUnit, or Playwright.
• Monitor and support production systems, resolve bugs, run performance audits, and ensure system stability.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven features, including prompt-based workflows, RAG pipelines, and personalized assistant flows.
• Continuously improve code quality, team velocity, and system reliability through thoughtful technical decisions and rapid iteration.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and React.js (or deep experience in another modern frontend framework and readiness to learn React).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs, and working with asynchronous backend services.
• Familiarity with modern automated testing frameworks (Jest, NUnit, Playwright, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a CI/CD environment with agile delivery cycles.
• Basic database knowledge and familiarity with performance and scalability considerations.
• Proven ability to work independently, own projects end-to-end, and make architectural tradeoffs.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for effective communication with international stakeholders.
• Curiosity and interest in AI-powered applications and emerging technologies.

About the Role

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and help integrate technologies that enable personalized experiences and innovative product features.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values continuous improvement and focuses on building new and enhancing existing components on JustAnswer’s landing and payment pages, integrating new payment methods and models, and adopting modern technologies, including ML/LLM solutions, AI, and automation tools.

Our technology stack includes .NET Core, C#, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL Server 2019, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.

Our ecosystem includes 170 connected applications and services. Our main database is 2 TB, our sites handle 1 million visitors a day and 2 billion requests a month, and we release changes to production several times a day. We are a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) organization.

 

What You’ll Do

• Guiding the team in making well-informed technical decisions that enhance the quality and maintainability of our solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Extensive experience with React.js, including state management (Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET frameworks, C#, and data access technologies.
• Familiarity with Unit / Integration tests using any of Jest, NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns, SOA design & web service development.
• Strong understanding of development processes.
• Experience with Web Page performance optimization and measurement will be a plus.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
