What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure and perform deep-dive analyses, delivering actionable insights into key business areas
• Analyze large datasets (internal and external) to identify growth and optimization opportunities, translating findings into business recommendations and effectively communicating them to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using ML models, A/B and MAB experimentation, while building reports to understand business trends
• Track and implement business metrics to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making
• Act as a lead analyst, gaining deep insights into the JustAnswer audience to inform strategic decisions.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products).
• Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling
• Experience with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
• Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, or Hypothesis Testing, with proven ability to analyze results.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
• English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level).

About the Role

As a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and help integrate technologies that enable personalized experiences and innovative product features.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values continuous improvement and focuses on building new and enhancing existing components on JustAnswer’s landing and payment pages, integrating new payment methods and models, and adopting modern technologies, including ML/LLM solutions, AI, and automation tools.

Our technology stack includes .NET Core, C#, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL Server 2019, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.

Our ecosystem includes 170 connected applications and services. Our main database is 2 TB, our sites handle 1 million visitors a day and 2 billion requests a month, and we release changes to production several times a day. What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Extensive experience with React.js, including state management (Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET frameworks, C#, and data access technologies.
• Familiarity with Unit / Integration tests using any of Jest, NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.

About the Role

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will contribute to enhancing our data and experimentation platforms. You will maintain and improve our A/B testing infrastructure to meet new requirements driven by product changes and regulations, empowering teams to develop experiment tests quickly with reliable data.
Additionally, maintaining and expanding our data platforms, supporting the use of new analytics tools, and developing cost-effective internal systems are key responsibilities. Helping manage privacy and consent systems to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations is also essential.

You’ll map current→future state, build low-code, AI-assisted prototypes, define evaluation and telemetry, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to ship safely and measurably. You are a T-shaped BA: deep in workflow/system design and project management, with strong, hands-on gen-AI skills. You do not own enterprise program governance or act as a product owner for every tool; you drive design + prototypes + measurement + adoption, then partner for scale. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to define strategic vision, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of impactful solutions.
