Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
Participate in team and client calls, discussions, and troubleshooting sessions
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications
Maintain and improve code quality, structure, and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, design)
Provide occasional support for business or customer-related requests
Take ownership of tasks and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements
1+ year of commercial experience with React.js, Redux, and TypeScript
Strong knowledge of JavaScript  
Experience working with AI agents - Claude code | Cursor | windserf | Codex GPT | Antigravity
Familiarity with Figma tools
Project estimation skills
Experience working with WebSockets
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less)
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Experience working on complex systems in a team environment
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher

Nice to Have 
Familiarity with Docker or basic DevOps practices
AWS, Digital Ocean

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
Design and implement APIs (REST / GraphQL)
Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Integrate third-party services and external systems
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean)
Estimate tasks and contribute to project planning
Communicate with clients on smaller-scale projects
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct basic code reviews and ensure code quality
Suggest and implement improvements to existing technical solutions

Requirements: 
1+ years of experience with Node.js
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or DigitalOcean
Strong experience in API development and integration (REST / GraphQL)
At least 1 year of experience with Python
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Experience delivering simple to mid-sized projects end-to-end
Ability to estimate tasks and timelines for small projects
Experience communicating directly with clients
Experience performing basic code reviews
Proactive mindset with a focus on improving technical solutions
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) and understanding of Lean principles

Gather, analyze, and document project requirements
Manage and process changes in project requirements
Conduct client interviews to identify project needs and pain points
Actively participate in planning and testing processes of developed functionality
Audit and analyze the client’s current business processes

Requirements:
1.5+ years as a product analyst
Experience in eliciting, documenting, and maintaining project requirements
Understanding of key requirement documentation techniques (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases)
Advanced level of written and spoken English
Experience in collecting, prioritizing, documenting, and supporting project requirements
Experience in prototyping (Figma or Adobe XD)
Knowledge of the SDLC model (including Scrum)
Ability to model business processes (BPMN/UML)
Experience of independent communication with stakeholders and identification of their needs
Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of programming languages, demonstrated through personal or pet projects

Design user-centered interfaces, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with client business goals

Conduct user research and behavior analysis

Iterate on designs based on insights and performance data

Translate business requirements and data into AI-prototypes and effective design solutions

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems (Figma components)

Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and users to ensure high-quality implementation

Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints

Own design solutions from concept to implementation

Requirements

2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer

Proficiency using AI tools

Experience conducting user and client interviews, with the ability to extract key insights

Ability to work in dynamic environments with evolving requirements

Data-driven approach to design (ability to justify decisions with research and metrics)

Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam (or similar tools)

Experience designing for web and mobile applications, including SaaS products

Experience creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Experience building and maintaining design systems

Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Legal Counsel 

Ми шукаємо досвідченого Legal Counsel, який візьме на себе повну відповідальність за юридичний супровід як зовнішніх, так і внутрішніх процесів компанії.

Для нас важливо знайти не просто юриста, а сильного business-oriented партнера, який зможе ефективно працювати з міжнародними контрактами, захищати інтереси компанії, супроводжувати внутрішні юридичні процеси та будувати зрозумілу й сильну legal function всередині бізнесу.

Основні задачі

Client Contracts & International Legal Support

• Підготовка, перевірка, погодження та супровід контрактів з клієнтами
• Вичитка, аналіз та погодження NDA
• Юридичний супровід аутсорс / аутстаф співпраці
• Робота з міжнародними договорами (EU / US clients)
• Супровід переговорів щодо контрактних умов та захист інтересів компанії
• Оцінка юридичних ризиків та пошук оптимальних рішень
• Захист інтелектуальної власності (IP), передача прав та contract protection

Internal Legal Support

• Підготовка, перевірка та супровід внутрішніх договорів компанії
• Робота з контрагентами, підрядниками та постачальниками
• Юридичний супровід адміністративних та операційних процесів
• Перевірка договорів оренди, сервісних договорів, закупівель, підрядних угод тощо
• Консультаційна підтримка внутрішніх команд (HR, Finance, Operations, Office Management)
• Юридична підтримка кадрових процесів за потреби
• Контроль юридичних ризиків у внутрішніх бізнес-процесах

Legal Processes

• Розробка та оновлення шаблонів договорів
• Побудова та контроль процесів погодження контрактів всередині компанії
• Організація системного зберігання договорів
• Контроль строків дії договорів та супровід пролонгацій
• Вирішення спірних ситуацій з клієнтами та контрагентами
• Претензійна робота та legal support у випадках non-payment

Must Have

• 3+ років досвіду роботи у юридичній сфері
• Обов’язковий досвід роботи з міжнародними договорами та NDA
• Глибоке розуміння contract law та corporate law
• Успішний досвід ведення переговорів та захисту інтересів компанії
• Англійська мова — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) або вище для впевнених письмових та усних переговорів
• Сильні комунікаційні навички
• Проактивність та бізнес-орієнтоване мислення

    Nice to Have

• Практичний досвід роботи в міжнародних IT outsourcing / outstaffing компаніях
• Досвід юридичного супроводу клієнтів з ринків EU, US, Middle East, Canada та Australia
• Розуміння специфіки контрактної роботи з різними юрисдикціями та міжнародними бізнес-практиками
