Responsibilities
Drive IT services sales from initial contact to deal closure
Manage lead generation efforts and develop new client acquisition channels (Upwork and LinkedIn)
Conduct negotiations with clients, including C-level stakeholders
Participate in project estimation together with technical teams
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling)
Prepare commercial proposals and oversee contract execution
Collaborate with delivery teams to align scope, resources, and budgets
Analyze market trends and competitors to support sales strategy
Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking activities

Requirements 
Proven experience in IT services sales and full sales cycle management
Experience working with SDRs and/or marketing teams
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Understanding of the estimation process and basic technical knowledge
Experience in Account Management and long-term client relationship building
Customer Success mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
Experience preparing commercial proposals and managing budgets
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Understanding of Fixed Price delivery models
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
Upper-Intermediate+ level of English

Nice to Have
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Familiarity with Lean and Scrum methodologies

Ваші майбутні задачі

Фінансова аналітика та звітність

• Формування та підтримка управлінської фінансової звітності (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Консолідація та валідація фінансових даних компанії
• Аналіз фінансових показників та виявлення відхилень від плану
• Підготовка щотижневих, щомісячних та річних фінансових звітів
• Підготовка презентацій та аналітичних матеріалів для керівництва компанії
• Розробка та підтримка фінансових дашбордів

Планування та контроль показників

• Участь у процесах бюджетування та фінансового планування

Контроль фінансових процесів

• Контроль формування та валідації клієнтських і вендорних інвойсів
• Контроль дебіторської заборгованості та своєчасності оплат
• Моніторинг коштів у pending-статусах та контроль руху грошових коштів
• Контроль внутрішніх фінансових зобов'язань та позик
• Підтримка актуальної інформації щодо рахунків компанії
• Участь у погодженні фінансових умов договорів

Бізнес-партнерство та операційна взаємодія

• Проактивна взаємодія з керівниками напрямів щодо фінансових ризиків, прострочених оплат та відхилень від планових показників
• Контроль виконання фінансових домовленостей між командами та клієнтами
• Ініціювання та супровід вирішення проблемних фінансових ситуацій
• Виявлення вузьких місць у фінансових процесах та впровадження покращень
• Взаємодія зі стейкхолдерами щодо фінансової звітності та фінансових показників компанії
• Робота з ERP/CRM системами компанії та фінансовими базами даних

Наш ідеальний кандидат

• Має від 2 років досвіду на позиції Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Analyst або суміжній ролі
• Має практичний досвід роботи з P&L, Cash Flow та бюджетуванням
• Впевнено працює з Excel або Google Sheets на просунутому рівні
• Має досвід роботи з SQL для аналізу даних
• Розуміє принципи управлінського обліку та фінансового планування
• Вміє працювати з великими обсягами даних та знаходити закономірності
• Має сильні комунікаційні навички та здатний вести конструктивний діалог з керівниками різних рівнів
• Не боїться ставити незручні питання та доводити задачі до результату

Legal Counsel

Основні задачі

Client Contracts & International Legal Support

• Підготовка, перевірка, погодження та супровід контрактів з клієнтами
• Вичитка, аналіз та погодження NDA
• Юридичний супровід аутсорс / аутстаф співпраці
• Робота з міжнародними договорами (EU / US clients)
• Супровід переговорів щодо контрактних умов та захист інтересів компанії
• Оцінка юридичних ризиків та пошук оптимальних рішень
• Захист інтелектуальної власності (IP), передача прав та contract protection

Internal Legal Support

• Підготовка, перевірка та супровід внутрішніх договорів компанії
• Робота з контрагентами, підрядниками та постачальниками
• Юридичний супровід адміністративних та операційних процесів
• Перевірка договорів оренди, сервісних договорів, закупівель, підрядних угод тощо
• Консультаційна підтримка внутрішніх команд (HR, Finance, Operations, Office Management)
• Юридична підтримка кадрових процесів за потреби
• Контроль юридичних ризиків у внутрішніх бізнес-процесах

Legal Processes

• Розробка та оновлення шаблонів договорів
• Побудова та контроль процесів погодження контрактів всередині компанії
• Організація системного зберігання договорів
• Контроль строків дії договорів та супровід пролонгацій
• Вирішення спірних ситуацій з клієнтами та контрагентами
• Претензійна робота та legal support у випадках non-payment

Must Have

• 3+ років досвіду роботи у юридичній сфері
• Обов’язковий досвід роботи з міжнародними договорами та NDA
• Глибоке розуміння contract law та corporate law
• Успішний досвід ведення переговорів та захисту інтересів компанії
• Англійська мова — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) або вище для впевнених письмових та усних переговорів
• Сильні комунікаційні навички
• Проактивність та бізнес-орієнтоване мислення

    Nice to Have

• Практичний досвід роботи в міжнародних IT outsourcing / outstaffing компаніях
• Досвід юридичного супроводу клієнтів з ринків EU, US, Middle East, Canada та Australia

Our sales process is supported by a dedicated team, including a BDM Assistant, Resource Manager, and Account Managers. This role is focused on business development, sales, and negotiations rather than lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and qualification calls with potential clients
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Present the company’s services and expertise
• Lead negotiations with clients from the US and European markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare commercial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals
