===Your Mission===

• Build and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain early adopters (parents of infants and toddlers).
• Unlock creative distribution hacks (community-led growth, parenting groups, TikTok trends, etc.)
• Experiment with channels: paid ads, referral programs, partnerships with clinics, influencers, baby product brands, and communities.
• Optimize onboarding flows, activation funnels, and viral loops inside the product.
• Run A/B tests, analyze metrics, and double down on what drives real growth.
   

===What We’re Looking For===

• 2+ years in growth or startup marketing.
• Proven track record of growing a B2C digital product (health, parenting, or wellness a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills in tracking, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Creative thinker who knows how to hack distribution beyond paid ads.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
