    What you’ll do:

    • Connect with incoming leads (warm leads, no cold calling).
    • Make daily calls and help potential students find the right courses.
    • Present course details clearly and confidently.
    • Keep records up to date in our CRM and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
       

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales, call centers, or customer support with upselling.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Native Ukrainian speaker + strong German (B2+, preferably C1).
    • Motivated by results and comfortable working independently.
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

    JayJay School is an online education platform offering practical courses in marketing, design, and IT for the Indonesian market. Our mission is to transform lives through learning — and now we’re expanding into new markets, including Germany.

    We’re looking for a Manual QA (Middle+) who will ensure product quality and contribute to the testing process improvement. This is a part-time remote role (2–3 hours per day) for a proactive specialist who wants to grow towards test automation while mastering manual testing on real web and AI-driven products.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain test cases and checklists.
    • Perform manual testing of web and API functionality.
    • Conduct regression, functional, and UX testing.
    • Validate business logic and ensure the product meets user expectations.
    • Log and track issues in Asana or another task management system.
    • Collaborate with developers, designers, and PMs to resolve bugs efficiently.
    • Suggest improvements in testing processes and automation opportunities.
       

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Manual QA.
    • Experience testing web applications and APIs.
    • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and test design principles.
    • Working knowledge of SQL (queries, data validation).
    • Experience working with or testing AI-powered features (must-have).
    • Ability to understand product logic from a business perspective.
    • Initiative, curiosity, and analytical mindset.
    • English — Intermediate or higher.
       

    Will be a plus:

    • Basic knowledge or initial experience with test automation (Python or any framework).
    • Familiarity with CI/CD and automated test reporting.
    • Experience in EdTech or SaaS products.

    We are looking for a Business Developer (B2B) who will help us grow corporate partnerships and expand our presence in the Indonesian market.

     

    Your mission:
    Develop and execute a strategy to grow B2B partnerships and corporate sales.

     

    What you’ll do:

    • Conduct market and customer analytics to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
    • Build and manage the sales funnel: outreach, qualification, offer, closing.
    • Create and test scripts and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
    • Maintain CRM data and sales metrics to ensure performance visibility.
    • Support and develop long-term relationships with clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen JayJay’s brand in the corporate education market.
    • Cooperate closely with the core teams in Indonesia and Ukraine.

       

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or HR Tech).
    • Experience in cold sales, lead generation, and client retention.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
