We're looking for an independent, creative, and experienced Art Director who understands how to build open world game environments from concept to final integration. This person will become the core of our environment art team and, in the future, will lead a small team of environment artists.

We are also actively looking for an experienced Art Lead or Art Director to take charge of creating a large, detailed open world.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Create and oversee the development of large open world areas with diverse biomes, urban spaces, interiors, and landmarks.
    • Handle the full creation pipeline—from initial concept and blockout to final, optimized in-game version—including terrain shaping, prop placement, and atmosphere setup.

    What matters to us:

    • Most importantly, you're passionate about open world environment art and always aim to make each location better, while keeping a good balance with development speed.
    • You have experience creating complete open world or large-scale game environments.
    • You're creative and proactive—we want someone who can generate ideas and execute them based on our vision. In the early stages, we won’t have a concept artist or level designer on the team.
    • You’re skilled with tools like Blender / Maya / 3ds Max, Substance Painter, and Unity.
    • You understand mobile limitations, optimization, and scene setup.
    • You can work independently and make quick decisions without micromanagement.
