- Build, maintain and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins
- Integrate REST API endpoints between WordPress and backend services
- Optimize site performance and security on our WordPress servers
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/Sketch mockups into pixel-perfect pages
- Assist in AWS-based deployments (S3 buckets, Lambda functions)
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
- Solid understanding of Gutenberg architecture and block development
- Proficiency with REST API (consuming and exposing endpoints)
- Experience working with WordPress hosting/server environments
- Fluent English (B2+ level) for code reviews and cross-team communication Ukraine;
Residence in Lviv region a plus
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront)
- Experience with modern PHP development
- Knowledge of frontend tooling (Webpack, npm/yarn)
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and page-speed optimization
