About the Project: 

We are developing a decentralized lottery platform built on smart contracts and transparent on-chain mechanics. The product integrates blockchain infrastructure, backend services, and a modern web interface to ensure secure transactions, verifiable randomness, and automated prize distribution.

Core Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong expertise in event tracking design, funnel analysis, and conversion optimization
• Experience in validating tracking implementations and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Understanding of capturing dynamic values at key user events (e.g., currency rates, token prices, transaction amounts)
• Experience with UTM tagging, including deep links (e.g., wallet-based flows)
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail
• English level: Intermediate or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web3 / blockchain-based products or FinTech, payments, or trading platforms
• Understanding of wallet-based user flows and attribution challenges
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Clarity, Hotjar, Contentsquare)
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Flipside, Nansen)

Responsibilities:

• Own the setup, maintenance, and validation of GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking
• Design and implement a scalable and consistent event tracking framework
• Ensure accurate capture of dynamic values (e.g., token prices, currency rates) across key user actions such as purchases, bets, and swaps
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven product and marketing decisions
• Ensure data integrity across analytics systems and proactively identify discrepancies
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver actionable insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven hands-on experience with blockchain / web3 products (must-have)
• Strong track record of delivering products or complex features end-to-end
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong requirements management skills (gathering, structuring, and translating into development tasks)
• Understanding of web3 fundamentals: transactions, gas fees, wallets, and smart contract interactions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design)
• Ability to drive delivery in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Experience with planning, estimation, and timeline management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

About the Project:

We are looking for a Senior Web3 Full-Stack Engineer who will take ownership of the technical architecture across blockchain, backend, and frontend layers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts in Solidity
• Implement lottery mechanics, prize pool management, and verifiable randomness
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (NestJS)
• Design APIs and integrate on-chain logic with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Contribute to Web3 integration within a Next.js (React) frontend
• Ensure security best practices across contracts and backend systems
• Optimize gas usage and system performance
• Implement automated testing for smart contracts and backend services
• Participate in architectural decisions and production releases

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of blockchain development experience
• Strong Solidity expertise and deep understanding of EVM
• Experience with Hardhat or Foundry
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and NestJS
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience integrating smart contracts with backend APIs
• Understanding of frontend integration using React / Next.js
• Experience building and maintaining production systems
• Strong understanding of smart contract security patterns

Nice to Have

• Experience with Chainlink VRF or oracle integrations
• Experience building gaming, lottery, or high-transaction systems
• Experience with Layer 2 networks
• Experience preparing contracts for external security audits
• Understanding of tokenomics and incentive models
