This role focuses on building unified CI/CD pipelines, automating internal workflows, and enabling fast, reliable transitions from proof-of-concept to production. You will work closely with engineering teams to standardize development practices and improve operational efficiency while supporting the delivery of healthcare AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across multiple repositories;
• Create reusable CI/CD workflow templates and action libraries to ensure consistent build, test, and deployment processes;
• Implement automated quality gates, including testing, security scanning, and compliance checks;
• Define and enforce branching strategies, merge rules, and release workflows;
• Automate internal workflows such as project provisioning, environment setup, and resource allocation;
• Implement automated reporting, metrics collection, and audit trails to support delivery and compliance requirements;
• Design and automate workflows supporting project lifecycle management from POC approval to production deployment;
• Set up notifications and alerts for critical operational and business events;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK for standardized and repeatable environment provisioning;
• Automate infrastructure deployment across development, staging, and production environments;
• Standardize monitoring, logging, and alerting across services;
• Automate backup, disaster recovery, and security patch management processes;
• Build self-service tools that enable development teams to deploy and operate their services independently;
• Establish automated code quality checks, dependency management, and security vulnerability scanning;
• Reduce manual steps in development and deployment workflows through automation;
• Improve developer productivity by standardizing tooling, documentation, and operational practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a strong focus on CI/CD standardization;
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code (implementation and maintenance);
• Advanced experience with GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows and pipeline automation;
• Proven experience standardizing development processes across multiple repositories and teams;
• Strong background in workflow and business process automation;
• Experience with containerization and deployment technologies (Docker, ECS, EKS);
• Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation and infrastructure management;
• Solid understanding of AWS multi-account and multi-environment architectures;
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in regulated or healthcare-related environments;
• Knowledge of GitOps workflows and advanced branching strategies;
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality gate implementation;

We’re looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to join a healthcare client project and build AI-powered applications and automation systems that improve operational efficiency across engineering and business workflows.

The role focuses on developing full-stack applications integrated with AWS Bedrock and other AI services, building secure services for data access (including MCP-based integrations), and creating intelligent tools that help teams move faster from proof-of-concept to production-ready healthcare solutions.

You’ll work at the intersection of full-stack development, AI integration, and cloud-native architectures in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack applications leveraging AWS Bedrock to enable AI-driven automation and productivity;
• Build AI-powered tools for analytics, business process automation, and workflow optimization, including code review and documentation generation;
• Develop internal AI assistants and chatbots that help teams access information and complete tasks more efficiently;
• Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) services for secure AI-driven access to healthcare data, including data discovery, validation, and quality monitoring;
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python and modern web frameworks;

Requirements:

• Advanced Python development skills with experience in web frameworks (FastAPI preferred);
• Strong frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred);
• Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, S3, Aurora Serverless, Cognito);
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI services into applications;
• Strong background in API design and database architecture;
• Experience with security best practices and HIPAA compliance in web applications;
• Proven ability to work independently and drive complex technical projects.
• At least an Upper Intermediate level of spoken and written English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience building MCP servers or similar AI integration systems (including RAG and vector databases);

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a healthcare project and build, maintain, and evolve the data infrastructure that powers an AI-driven healthcare platform.

The role focuses on designing robust data pipelines, managing a centralized data lake architecture using AWS Lake Formation, and ensuring high-quality processing of both structured and unstructured healthcare data. You’ll work closely with data science, ML engineering, and backend teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions for aesthetic medicine applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for diverse healthcare data sources using AWS services;
  Build and maintain a centralized data lake using AWS Lake Formation for secure storage of structured and unstructured medical data;
• Develop data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows for multimodal healthcare data, including medical images, clinical documentation, and practice data;
• Implement preprocessing pipelines for unstructured data using tools such as Bedrock Data Automation and LlamaIndex;
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes with proper data governance and security controls;
• Implement data quality monitoring systems and validation frameworks;
• Support RAG system implementation with optimized data storage and retrieval mechanisms;
• Develop and maintain data crawlers for collecting domain-specific medical content;

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering roles;
• Strong experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Athena, EMR);
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks;
• Experience with data lakehouse architectures and ETL pipeline development;
• Strong background in managing unstructured data pipelines and preprocessing workflows;
• Experience with AWS analytics services (Glue Catalog, Glue ETL, Athena);
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks (Great Expectations, Glue Data Quality);
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding generation for LLMs;
• Understanding of data security and HIPAA compliance requirements;
