About the Role

InterLink is seeking an experienced Project Manager with the background in software development and IT to join our Project Management Office (PMO). Our PMs are responsible for end-to-end project delivery across various sectors. They collaborate closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at InterLink, you will:

• manage project delivery from initiation to closure;
• define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
• plan and manage project resources;
• oversee Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprints);
• manage client communication and expectations;
• ensure timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.

• Long-term Commitment. Our projects are usually long-term. That's why we ask our team members for a minimum of 1 year commitment from their side.
• Full-time Work. Our customers expect us to work full-time on their projects, so we kindly ask our team members the same. On average this means 40 hours per week.
• Synced Schedule. The nature of our projects requires maximum schedule overlap for effective collaboration between everyone involved.

• Team Meetings. We believe that clear communication is the key to success. Our teams have regular meetings: daily sync-ups, planning sessions, code review.
   

  Required Skills:

• We look for the candidates who have:
• minimum 2 years of experience in management in a technology-driven environment;
• good understanding of SDLC and practical experience of running software development projects is a must;
• experience with Agile methodologies;
• ability to make well-informed decisions confidently and take full responsibility for their outcomes;
• strong leadership, planning and communication skills;
• English level — Intermediate+ for verbal communication and correspondence with our UK and US clients.

A US-based small family business offers catering services to Californian schools. We have been acting as a technology partner for this company for almost 2 decades. The customer utilises a bespoke web-based platform to run their day-to-day operations (including meal ordering, fulfilment and delivery).

Required Skills

• minimum 4 years of experience;
  experience with RoR based web services;
• experience with integration with front-end frameworks (preferably React);
• experience with Java or C#/C++ stack is a huge plus;
• ability to methodically improve legacy systems, bringing them to perfection;
• ability to communicate with the clients directly;
• English level — Intermediate+ for verbal communication and correspondence with our clients.

Responsibilities

About the Project

A US-based recruitment outsourcing company selected us as their technology partner. Our client created an in-house solution that streamlines talent acquisition process for their clients. It’s been a backbone of their day-to-day operations for several years, and now the organisation has outgrown this solution slightly. The time to modernise this platform has come.

Before resuming the active development phase, the client wants to stabilise the solution, while addressing some key issues. As this platform plays a supportive role to their business (and does not generate revenue directly), the client wants to start 2025 with minimum resources. SPG considers a team of full-time software engineer, part-time QA engineer, DevOps and PM. There are plans to ramp the team up in the future.
