У зв’язку з цим шукаємо досвідченого медіабаєра рівня Team Lead, який зможе очолити цей напрямок, вибудувати процеси та сформувати сильну команду.

Водночас у нас уже є мінімальна команда та базова інфраструктура, на які можна опертись у старті.

Основні обов’язки:

• Запуск, ведення та масштабування рекламних кампаній (Tier 1-2-3)
• Побудова та управління командою медіабаєрів
• Формування стратегії закупівлі трафіку
• Аналітика, оптимізація та покращення показників (ROI, CPA, ROAS)
• Робота з креативами разом із командою
• Тестування нових підходів і гіпотез
• Контроль бюджетів і ефективності

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи медіабаєром від 3 років
• Досвід управління командою або готовність очолити напрямок
• Глибоке розуміння роботи з Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3

 • Fine-tuning та донавчання моделей (LoRA/QLoRA)

 • Підготовка, нормалізація та очищення датасетів

 • Тренування/оцінка моделей, підбір гіперпараметрів

 • Побудова RAG-систем (retrieval + generation)

 • Чанкування, embedding, індексація документів

 • Робота з векторними БД (Pinecone/Qdrant/Weaviate/pgvector)

 • Оптимізація якості та швидкодії (reranking, hybrid search, caching)

 • Інтеграція LLM у продукт через API (FastAPI/Node, tool calling)

 • Оцінка якості: метрики, тести, hallucination-check

 • MLOps/деплой: model serving (vLLM/TGI), Docker, моніторинг

 • Постійне відстеження AI-трендів та релізів моделей/інструментів
