INSART

We are seeking a Middle Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery within the defined budget, quality standards, and timelines. The Project Manager will lead and support the development team, while maintaining clear and effective communication with the client throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities

• Organise and lead regular client meetings, ensuring clear communication of project status and next steps
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets and risk mitigation
• Lead daily team stand-ups and coordinate the internal team’s workload and status
• Maintain up-to-date Annexes and contractual documentation 
• Prepare and manage detailed invoices, including accurate breakdowns of services and costs
• Monitor client payments, send reminders for upcoming due dates, and address any payment issues
• Review and approve time reports for the project team
• Create the role descriptions for open positions within the project team and assist in recruitment
• Manage and support the project team through regular 1-on-1 meetings, providing feedback, identifying skill development opportunities, and managing team-related risks
• Encourage collaboration between teams, support their growth, and make sure project processes run smoothly and follow best practices

• Proactively monitor project bottlenecks together with opportunities for up-selling 

   

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Fintech Experience is a Must-Have
  This role requires proven experience managing Fintech products or projects.
• Strong communication skills: English C1
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, prioritisation and budgeting
• Strong understanding of SDLC process
• Risk, dependency and change management experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp)
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills
• Emotional intelligence and relationship building
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Adaptability/flexibility to changing requirements and environments
• Problem-solving and critical thinking in dynamic situations
• Data analysis projects experience — considered a plus

• Understanding of Azure Cloud concepts — considered a plus

Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to help shape the future of alternative investing. You’ll be part of a team making it easier for wealth advisors and high-net-worth clients to access alternative assets, and for fund managers to connect with fresh capital opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs
• Participate in defining system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Design RESTful APIs, and where applicable, GraphQL endpoints for frontend and mobile clients.
• Implement data migrations, indexing, caching (Redis/Memcached), and background job processing (Sidekiq/Resque).
• Maintain high standards of test coverage using RSpec, Minitest, or Capybara.

Role Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience in production environments.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• PostgreSQL (strong SQL optimization skills)
• Experience deploying to AWS (ECS/EC2/Elastic Beanstalk), Heroku, or GCP.
• Strong communication skills: English B2+

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Scala, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures. Contribute to decisions on frameworks, libraries, and best practices.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code. Promote functional programming principles and ensure code quality through code reviews and unit/integration tests.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years working with Scala
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB)
• Experience with functional programming paradigms
• Experience with Akka, Play Framework, or ZIO ecosystem
• Strong communication skills with English B2+ for direct cooperation with the client
• Project starter mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership in a changing environment.
• Strong curiosity to the fintech domain.
