We have designed our system for tree care industry with a modern business in mind that puts its clients’ interests at its heart. We thought of all the features that will help it run smoothly and prompt growth, and be exciting and simple enough for the employees to work with.
As we saw systems existing in the market only cover only one aspect of the business, and leave out other parts. The clients have to go through software integration, juggling multiple interfaces, draw data from different sources.

While working on the software development we have simply put together the wishlist of features that a modern tree care business would need, and ticked off all the boxes.

    We are seeking a Sales Representative focused on outbound prospecting via cold calls. This role is critical to expanding our client base across North America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and other markets. You will support the top-of-funnel sales process by generating qualified appointments for our Account Executives.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients.
    • Qualify leads and set appointments for product demos.
    • Follow a proven cold outreach script and adapt it based on call feedback.
    • Log all activity and lead information in the CRM.
    • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
       

      Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Experience in SaaS and B2B sales is required.
    • Proven track record of setting qualified appointments.
    • Experience working with North American clients/markets.
    • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with quotas.

    As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients get full value from Innovation Systems from onboarding and adoption to expansion and renewal.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the client relationship post-sale, guiding SMB and VIP customers through training and ongoing success
    • Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring strong adoptionhealth, and retention
    • Lead day-to-day communication with clients via email, phone calls, and our ticketing system to ensure timely responses and proactive support
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to highlight ROI, identify opportunities, and gather feedback
    • Partner with Sales and Product to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and capture client insights
    • Monitor customer health scores, usage trends, and support activity to detect early signs of risk or growth potential
    • Coordinate with Support and Product teams to resolve escalations and advocate for client needs
    • Maintain accurate records of account activity, notes, and tasks in the CRM (Pipedrive, PandaDoc, Google sheets)
       

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or a client-facing SaaS role (experience with SMBs is a plus)
    • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, onboarding, and retention best practices
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable managing multiple accounts (100+) with varying levels of complexity
    • Experience with tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar CRM/CX platforms
    • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering value to customers
    • Ability to explain software features in a clear, engaging, and practical way
       
    • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) — both written and spoken — is required for effective client communication

The key focus is on optimizing marketing spend to achieve a lower cost per lead than current benchmarks while delivering high-quality leads for the business.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the development and execution of the comprehensive marketing roadmap (30/60/90-day) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention.
    • Ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with overall business goals through collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
    • Own and continuously optimize key lead generation metrics, including Cost per Lead (CPL) and campaign ROI, by directing strategy for paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

    What You’ll Do
    As an Implementation Manager, you’ll guide new clients - primarily tree care and landscaping businesses -through a seamless onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
     

    • Leading onboarding and setup for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption of ArboStar tools
    • Maintaining proactive communication and follow-ups throughout the onboarding journey
    • Performing custom system configurations, integrations, and workflow setups
    • Assisting with data migration and creating necessary client forms
    • Collaborating with developers and submitting or reviewing Jira requests
    • Conducting live product training sessions and explaining platform functionalities
    • Monitoring client payments and performing timely follow-ups if needed
    • Identifying and executing upsell opportunities for additional products and features
    • Updating internal and external knowledge base articles
    • Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a unified client experience

    What We’re Looking For
     

    • 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Support, Onboarding, Training, or Member Services (preferably in SaaS or tech)
    • Exceptional English (C2 level) with little to no accent - confident in speaking, writing, and presenting
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients independently
    • Experience collaborating with developers or QA teams using Jira or similar tools
    • Proficiency with CRM and project management systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, Google Suite, etc.)
