We have designed our system for tree care industry with a modern business in mind that puts its clients’ interests at its heart. We thought of all the features that will help it run smoothly and prompt growth, and be exciting and simple enough for the employees to work with.
As we saw systems existing in the market only cover only one aspect of the business, and leave out other parts. The clients have to go through software integration, juggling multiple interfaces, draw data from different sources.

While working on the software development we have simply put together the wishlist of features that a modern tree care business would need, and ticked off all the boxes.

    What We’re Looking For:

    We’re searching for someone with a strong command of spoken English (C1 or higher) — that’s our top priority, as most communication will happen in English and with English-speaking colleagues.

    Everything else — we’re ready to teach and guide you, as long as you’re open to learning and growing with us.
     

    It would be great if you also have:

    • Around 1 year of experience in onboarding, internal, or corporate training
    • Experience creating engaging training materials (slides, cases, tasks, etc.)
    • Some background in organizing onboarding or mentoring new hires
    • Interest or experience in evaluating and improving training effectiveness
    • Familiarity with content creation tools (PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, etc.)
    • Experience (or interest) in working with LMS platforms and tools like Google Workspace or Jira
    • Good organizational skills, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
       

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver onboarding training for new employees, including structure, materials, and practical sessions.
    • Support newcomers with system-related questions and help them adapt faster.
    • Regularly review and update training content based on feedback and process changes.
    • Organize training sessions for current employees to improve their system knowledge and skills.
    • Create training on new system features and updates to keep the team up to date.
    • Conduct quarterly testing to assess knowledge and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with HR to align training with company goals and share employee progress insights.
    • Provide feedback to HR on candidates’ training performance and competencies.
    • Close collaboration with Business Analysts — the candidate should stay up to date on planned updates, features, and releases in order to develop relevant training materials and conduct sessions that explain new system functionalities.
    • Close collaboration with team leads — regular discussions about new hires’ progress, participation in joint surveys, identifying areas of improvement in knowledge and skills, and working together to enhance employee development through additional training and support.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter
    • Excellent knowledge of the IT talent market and modern recruitment methods
    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and department heads
    • Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate sourcing
    • English proficiency at B2–C1 level
