About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing tender opportunities related to software development projects across Europe and the United States.

This role requires excellent research skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic research to identify relevant tender opportunities in the European and US markets within the software development sector.
• Review tender documentation, assess eligibility criteria, and ensure alignment with company capabilities.
• Prepare and organize all necessary documentation required for tender submissions.
• Manage the end-to-end tender application process, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance with all requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to gather the necessary information for proposals.
• Maintain communication with tender authorities and clients during the application process.
• Track, monitor, and report on submitted tenders and upcoming opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tender research, proposal preparation, or business development (preferably in IT or software development services).
• Strong knowledge of tender platforms, procurement procedures, and compliance requirements (experience with EU and US tender systems is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM or tender management tools is an advantage.
