About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing tender opportunities related to software development projects across Europe and the United States.

This role requires excellent research skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic research to identify relevant tender opportunities in the European and US markets within the software development sector.
• Review tender documentation, assess eligibility criteria, and ensure alignment with company capabilities.
• Prepare and organize all necessary documentation required for tender submissions.
• Manage the end-to-end tender application process, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance with all requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to gather the necessary information for proposals.
• Maintain communication with tender authorities and clients during the application process.
• Track, monitor, and report on submitted tenders and upcoming opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tender research, proposal preparation, or business development (preferably in IT or software development services).
• Strong knowledge of tender platforms, procurement procedures, and compliance requirements (experience with EU and US tender systems is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM or tender management tools is an advantage.

bout the Project

We are building an integration between Odoo (ERP) and Asset Management system. The goal is to deliver an MVP with a connection wizard, default field mapping, one-way synchronization, and automatic user registration via Odoo.
Later phases will expand to full two-way sync, conflict resolution, and advanced UX inside Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Develop a custom Odoo module for integrating with the API.
• Implement an onboarding wizard (multi-step setup with API credentials, environment selection, test connection, field mapping, and initial sync).
• Extend Odoo UX for Maintenance → Equipment:
  • Buttons
  • Status badges and smart-tabs displaying linked data (defects, observations, posts).
  • Bulk actions (link, sync).
• Configure and manage field (including custom x_* fields).
• Implement user registration/login with Odoo as an OAuth/OIDC provider, with Just-In-Time profile creation.
• Ensure proper error handling, conflict resolution (diff view), and soft delete policies.
• Collaborate with backend/API engineers and QA to ensure smooth integration and realistic MVP delivery.
• Provide clear documentation and handover materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Odoo development (custom modules, Odoo ORM, views, wizards).
• Strong understanding of Odoo 15/16/17 frameworks (Python, XML, QWeb, Studio).
• Experience with Odoo security (groups, ACLs, OAuth/OIDC).
• Proven background in building third-party API integrations with Odoo (REST, JSON).
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Ability to work with UX elements in Odoo (forms, kanban, list views, smart buttons, custom tabs).
• Familiarity with asset/equipment management modules in Odoo is a plus.
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with OAuth/OIDC provider implementation.
• Knowledge of DevOps basics (Docker, Git, CI/CD).
• Experience in ERP/Asset Management projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Developer with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Viva Engage (Yammer) to design, develop, and enhance collaboration solutions across our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver modern, user-friendly, and secure solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites (team sites, communication sites, intranet portals).
• Customize SharePoint with SPFx, PowerShell, Power Automate, and Power Apps as needed.
• Integrate and extend functionality with Viva Engage (Yammer) for enterprise social collaboration.
• Implement and maintain content management, workflows, and governance policies.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical support and documentation for end-users and administrators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online development and customization.
• Experience with Viva Engage (Yammer) integration and customization.
• Proficiency in SPFx, TypeScript/JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and REST/Graph API.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for extending M365 services.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for M365 administration.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, governance, and user adoption in Microsoft 365.
• Good communication skills in English, ability to work directly with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Teams Apps and Viva Connections.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-700, PL-400).
• Background in enterprise-scale intranet or digital workplace projects.
