About us

We are a bootstrapped startup with big ambitions in global media and entertainment. We're building a platform that connects creators around the world with audiences, powered by AI and video. We're a fast-moving team where everyone owns real outcomes, decisions happen quickly, and early hires help shape the company from day one.

The role

You'll build the brand from zero and own everything that puts it in front of viewers and creators. Public launch is roughly three months out, so this is a hands-on role: strategy in the morning, shipping in the afternoon.

What you'll do

• Define brand positioning, voice, and visual identity
• Own our social presence (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and other): content calendar, community, launch campaigns
• Design the top-creator program: outreach, ambassador deals, spotlights, co-marketing, referral and affiliate mechanics
• Partner with AI video production course owners, AI studios, and creator educators on collaborations, co-marketing, and creator acquisition
• Build brand partnerships and sponsored integrations
• Work with the Head of Paid UA and the media buying team on paid acquisition. You set brand direction, creative angles, and priorities; the team runs the campaigns.
• Build a word-of-mouth loop (invites, sharing, watch-together) with Product
• Partner with the Head of Creator Account Management to turn creators' titles into marketing assets
• Own the launch marketing plan and budget

You'll thrive if you have

• 3+ years in consumer marketing (streaming, mobile apps, creator economy, or entertainment)
• Experience launching or growing a consumer brand or app
• A track record of creator/influencer partnerships and brand deals
• Comfort working alongside specialist teams such as paid UA and product tech
• Comfort operating with a small team and a lean budget
• Strong English and overlap with US hours
