    💻 What you’ll be doing:

    • Analyze current SEO activities and results, identifying strengths and key areas for growth.
    • Build an effective SEO team from scratch: define the optimal structure, participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
    • Develop and implement clear SEO processes, quality standards, reporting systems, and performance metrics, integrating and improving on existing practices.
