B2B Account Manager (English, Polish)

We are looking for a B2B Account Manager 🀝 to join our team β€” a responsible and communicative professional who can maintain effective partnerships, handle organizational matters, and ensure stable and successful cooperation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with an assigned list of partners according to set standards;
  • Handling key tasks and supporting partners throughout all stages of cooperation;
  • Providing prompt issue resolution and consultation support;
  • Meeting KPIs aimed at partnership growth;
  • Preparing reports and analyzing completed work.
     

We expect you to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (account management);
  • Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written);
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with clients at different levels;
  • Ability to follow clear procedures and execute tasks according to a defined plan;
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience in business correspondence;
  • Personal qualities: attention to detail, communication skills, responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn.
