INB.bio is a direct advertiser and affiliate platform operating in 15 countries. We are rapidly growing as a wellness brand in the nutra niche and expanding our affiliate network across promising markets in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Due to our growth, we are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager. Someone who already has basic experience in nutra and affiliate marketing and is ready to take responsibility and grow quickly within our team.
This is not a Trainee position. You must already have initial relevant experience and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Searching for, attracting, and developing partners (webmasters, affiliate networks, media buying teams)
• Daily communication with partners and maintaining long-term relationships
• Analyzing partner performance and working with analytical reports
• Supporting partners in launching campaigns and resolving offer-related questions
• Representing the brand at international conferences and industry events

Requirements (Junior level):

Mandatory. Basic experience in the Nutra niche (working with nutra offers, affiliate networks, media buying teams, or related roles)
• Ability and readiness to travel and attend international conferences/events
• English level. B1 or higher
• Initial experience or understanding of affiliate marketing / digital marketing
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage business correspondence
• Initiative, fast learning, and the ability to work independently

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with affiliate networks or traffic channels (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Understanding of the CPA model
• Participation in industry conferences (Affiliate World, MAC, TES, etc.)
• Skills in CRM systems, Excel / Google Sheets, Notion

About the Role

Are you ready for a role where no two days are the same? The Regional Operations Manager will personally travel to our countries of presence, handle critical tasks, influence branch operations, and see tangible results from your work.

We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Travel regularly to company locations to manage operational tasks on-site.
• Resolve complex issues: logistics, supply, equipment, personnel, coordination with local contractors and government authorities.
• Organize branch operations: negotiate, coordinate, and monitor task completion.
• Make fast management decisions in non-standard and high-pressure situations.
• Ensure uninterrupted branch operations and achievement of operational KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations management, preferably in an international environment or distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently (70–80% of the time).
• Physical resilience and readiness to work in diverse climates and living conditions.
• Ability to quickly find solutions, take responsibility, and act decisively.
• Calm and confident under pressure.
• Valid international passport; ability to obtain visas quickly is a plus.
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian for easy communication with Head Office team.
• English at a level sufficient for work communication (other languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build structured systems in Google Sheets (multi-tab, interlinked spreadsheets)
• Set up logic for KPIs, salary, and bonus calculations
• Integrate data from external sources (e.g., CRM)
• Maintain and optimize existing spreadsheets and formulas
   

Candidate Requirements

• Portfolio or examples of complex spreadsheet solutions
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Apps Script
• Experience working with corporate teams
• Attention to detail and good understanding of automation principles
• Fluent Ukrainian language for communication with the customer
