    About the Role
    We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior PR Specialist to lead our public relations activities and elevate INB.bio’s presence across global wellness and affiliate marketing markets. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results both online and offline.
     

    Key Responsibilities

    1. PR Strategy & Content Collaboration
      • Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with company goals and marketing plans.
      • Work closely with the content team to create and refine content ideas.
      • Coordinate and execute PR placements in industry-related media, including listings, interviews, case studies, and special features.
      • Assist with video production, webinar promotion, and other multimedia initiatives.
         
    2. Event Management
      • Research and select the most impactful industry events for INB.bio participation.
      • Manage the full event preparation cycle: concept development, budgeting, communication, collaboration with design, content, SMM, and marketing teams.
      • Oversee event execution, ensuring high-quality brand representation and adherence to set KPIs.
      • Ability to travel is a must as most events are international and can be held in any part of the world. 
         
    3. Cross-Department Collaboration
      • Work hand-in-hand with the CMO to ensure PR efforts complement the overall marketing strategy.
      • Support the design, SMM, and marketing teams in delivering cohesive campaigns across channels.
         
    4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
      • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and events using agreed metrics.
      • Provide regular updates and improvement suggestions to the CMO.
         

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in PR or communications, ideally in wellness, affiliate marketing, or related industries.
    • Strong network in industry media and event circles is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
    • Experience in event planning and execution.
    • Creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Openness to learning and working with diverse global markets.

    2. Partner Materials
