What you will do
- Own frontend technical direction for a key area of Ideals Board: architecture, patterns, and long-term maintainability
- Make the design system work properly in real product development: ensure consistency, improve developer experience, and close gaps between design and implementation
- Lead redesigns of key product parts end-to-end (technical + UX): help shape solutions with Product Design and deliver robust implementations
- Raise quality ownership across the team: testing strategy, code review culture, definition of done, and proactive refactoring where it matters
- Drive technical design: write and review technical solutions, identify risks early, and align the team on implementation approaches
- Be a strong hands-on contributor: deliver features, tackle complex tasks, debug production issues, and improve performance and reliability
- Mentor and multiply: coach frontend engineers, share best practices, and grow overall team expertise and collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product managers, Designers, Backend, QA, and DevOps Engineers to ensure smooth delivery and a great user experience
What you bring
- 6+ years of strong hands-on experience building production web applications with React + TypeScript
- Proven ability to lead technical design: decomposition, trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders on a clear approach
- Experience building or scaling design systems/component libraries, and enforcing consistency in a real product
- Strong engineering fundamentals: maintainability, performance, accessibility, security-minded UI development, and pragmatic quality practices
- Confidence with modern frontend tooling and delivery: testing (unit/integration/e2e), CI/CD, observability, and effective debugging
- Leadership through influence: mentoring, constructive feedback, driving alignment, and creating clarity in ambiguous areas
- A quality mindset: you care about outcomes, user impact, and leaving systems better than you found them
English at the B2 level
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS products and high-trust environments (security/compliance-sensitive workflows)

The role
Ideals reached 480 employees across 27 locations and keeps expanding globally. To support this growth journey, we seek a Systems Administrator remotely in Ukraine to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure using modern approaches. In this role, you will focus on internal IT requests from our colleagues, participating in various IT projects in collaboration with other teams across global locations as we scale.

You will report to the ITSM Operations Manager, and collaborate closely with Service Desk colleagues, Security and Business Process Automation teams, and the Director of Internal IT.
Schedule: remote from Ukraine, 8-hour working day local time, no night shifts.
What you will do
- Own and administer the company’s Identity Provider (IdP), including SSO, MFA, access policies, and identity lifecycle management
- Design, configure, and maintain SAML and SCIM integrations with internal and third-party applications
- Maintain and optimize integrations between Google Workspace, HR system, and the Identity Provider to automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes
- Administer cloud services with a focus on access governance, security, licensing, and automation
- Monitor system health, diagnose complex cross-platform issues, and lead resolution of identity- and access-related incidents
- Lead and execute system migrations between cloud, on-premises, and SaaS platforms
- Support Service Desk colleagues in handling complex escalations and providing guidance on advanced technical issues
- Contribute to regular ticket resolution when required, particularly for high-impact or complex cases, ensuring service continuity
- Collaborate closely with the Information Security team on access controls, security reviews, and audit-related activities
- Drive continuous improvement of identity, access, and cloud processes through automation and standardization
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Identity & Access Management, or L3 internal IT support
- Strong hands-on experience with Identity Providers (IdP), preferably Okta
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining SAML and SCIM integrations
- Experience integrating Google Workspace and HR systems with Identity Providers to automate user lifecycle management
- Strong experience with MDM and endpoint management tools (e.g. JumpCloud), including device enrollment, policy management, and compliance enforcement
- Solid understanding of cloud services administration, including access control, security, and licensing
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across identity, SaaS platforms, and operating systems
- Experience working with Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of IT Service Management tools and structured operational processes
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Knowledge in networking fields
- Experience with the creation and administration of basic workflows in Jira
- Cisco-issued certification / ITIL foundation / Comptia A+ or above
- Experience in PowerShell and Bash
