About the Company

We are a product iGaming company developing an international Sportsbook and Casino platform. We are looking for a VIP Retention Lead to drive the growth and retention of our highest-value player segment.

This is not a VIP Host role—you won't communicate with players directly. Instead, you'll build and optimize a scalable CRM-driven VIP retention system through segmentation, personalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

Our VIP segment generates a significant share of the company's revenue, making this role strategically important to the business.

We're looking for someone who goes beyond launching CRM campaigns and can design a complete VIP Retention ecosystem—from segmentation and offer strategy to churn prediction, personalized customer journeys, and retention economics.

You'll report directly to the Head of CVM, enjoy a high level of ownership, and be responsible for the performance of the VIP segment.

Responsibilities

VIP Lifecycle Management

• Own and develop the end-to-end VIP retention lifecycle.
• Segment VIP players by tier, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
• Build and optimize a Pre-VIP pipeline to identify and nurture high-potential players before they reach VIP status.
• Monitor player movement between VIP tiers and continuously improve retention strategies.

Offer Strategy & Bonus Economics

• Design and maintain a structured offer matrix for different VIP segments.
• Develop personalized bonus mechanics and reward strategies.
• Manage bonus economics and optimize campaign efficiency.
• Present and defend retention strategies and business cases to the Head of CVM.

Churn Prevention & Reactivation

• Build an early churn detection system for VIP players.
• Analyze behavioral signals and implement churn alerts.
• Develop retention strategies for different churn-risk levels.

• Design and manage VIP reactivation programs for inactive players.

   

CRM Campaign Management

• Own the full campaign lifecycle in Smartico:
  • audience segmentation;
  • customer journeys;
  • personalized bonus mechanics;
  • VIP gamification;
  • campaign launches;
  • performance analysis.
• Develop cross-product retention campaigns between Sportsbook and Casino.
• Plan campaigns around major sporting events and business priorities.

Responsible Gaming

• Integrate Responsible Gaming principles into VIP CRM processes.
• Exclude players with Responsible Gaming risk signals from promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with self-exclusion and responsible gaming policies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key VIP KPIs using Smartico Data Studio.
• Analyze retention, AV, NGR, and player migration between VIP tiers.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis using control groups.

• Prepare regular performance reports for the Head of CVM.

• 4+ years of experience in CRM or Retention within the iGaming industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sports Retention Specialist (Middle) to own player retention for our sportsbook product through loyalty programs, gamification, and event-driven campaigns.

This is a fully hands-on role. You'll be responsible for designing campaign mechanics, building them in the CRM platform, launching, analyzing results, and continuously improving performance.

Initially, there won't be a dedicated Team Lead for this direction, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, setting priorities based on the sports calendar, retention metrics, and data insights. As the team grows, you'll become part of the Sports Retention Tribe led by a dedicated Team Lead.

Sports retention revolves around major sporting events. IPL, World Cups, Champions League, domestic leagues, and other tournaments define the business rhythm. Success in this role means preparing campaigns well in advance of key events while maintaining player engagement during quieter periods.

• We are looking for a strong CRM Lead to join the CVM department, who will take full ownership of managing an established and fully functional CRM team.

Experience
3–5+ years of experience in CRM marketing working with databases of several million users
Leadership Experience
Proven experience managing a team
Ability to delegate tasks, estimate resources and timelines, and provide developmental feedback
Analytics & Metrics
Strong understanding of cohort analysis and unit economics
Experience working with metrics such as Churn Rate and ARPU
Ability to make decisions strictly based on data

Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of communication channels
Knowledge of deliverability principles and channel mechanics
(SMS, Push, In-App, Email, Call Center, etc.)
Experience working with CDP platforms and complex trigger chains
Strategic Thinking (Helicopter View)
Ability to see the big picture, identify risks, and design long-term testing and automation strategies
Maturity & Leadership
Ability to take responsibility for strategic decisions
Build a trust-based team environment
Act as a driver of innovation

У цій ролі тобі потрібно буде працювати з клієнтською базою, сегментацією, промо та комунікаціями на всіх етапах життєвого циклу користувача. Важливо не лише виконувати готові задачі, а й самостійно знаходити точки зростання, формувати гіпотези та приймати рішення навіть за неповної інформації.

Твої задачі

• Планувати календар промоактивностей та клієнтських комунікацій.
• Створювати, аналізувати та тестувати клієнтські сегменти — визначати, кого, коли і якими механіками утримувати або повертати.
• Запускати промо- та бонусні кампанії під ключ — від ідеї та сегментації до запуску й аналізу результатів.
• Формувати технічні завдання для маркетингового контенту: банерів, email, текстів та інших матеріалів.
• Запускати комунікації через SMS, Email, Push, Call Center та In-App.
• Аналізувати ефективність кампаній та знаходити нові точки зростання.
• Формувати та перевіряти гіпотези щодо покращення існуючих CRM-механік.
• Працювати кросфункціонально з командами Product, IT, Analytics, Customer Support, Design, Risk та Marketing.
• Постійно шукати можливості для підвищення retention, engagement та цінності клієнтської бази.

Що ми очікуємо

• Досвід роботи з ESP / CRM / CDP-платформами. Досвід зі Smartico буде великою перевагою.
• Розуміння CRM- та маркетингових механік у betting / iGaming.
• Сильні аналітичні навички та вміння працювати з даними.
• Досвід роботи з Power BI або Tableau.
• Впевнене володіння Excel: ВПР/XLOOKUP, зведені таблиці та робота з великими масивами даних.
• Вміння глибоко працювати із сегментацією клієнтської бази та знаходити в ній точки зростання.
• Розуміння ключових продуктових та CRM-метрик.
• Знання основних стандартів і benchmark'ів ефективності каналів direct communication.
• English — Upper-Intermediate+: необхідно впевнено працювати з текстами, комунікувати з підрядниками та формувати технічні завдання.

Буде перевагою

• Практичний досвід у betting / iGaming.
• Досвід роботи в Agile-середовищі.
• Вміння будувати зрозумілі, функціональні та красиві звіти в Excel.
• Базове розуміння статистики та теорії ймовірностей.
• Хороше відчуття візуального стилю: ти можеш відрізнити якісний маркетинговий контент від слабкого та аргументовано повернути матеріал на доопрацювання.
