    We the following expertise from you:
     

    • A minimum of two years’ experience in VIP management or a similar position.
    • Proven experience in planning and executing VIP events and activities.
    • Account Management or Customer Relationship background, ideally within iGaming.
    • In-depth knowledge of the igaming/sports betting market and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and inform company’s strategic decisions.
    • CRM systems and communication software proficiency for team collaboration
    • Regulatory compliance relevant to industry understanding is important.

    📍 Responsibilities

    • Managing and moderating Slack and Telegram channels: writing engaging and lively posts, executing the content plan (contests, announcements, posts, editing incoming texts).
    • Independently organizing small online and offline teambuilding events.
    • Participating in the organization of large corporate events (mostly online) together with the team.
    • Collecting information for news digests, presentations, and interviews.
    • Preparing posts and presentations, collaborating with the company’s designers.
    • Concierge service and administrative support for top management: purchasing tickets, arranging visas, researching information on request, making purchases and service payments.
    • Greeting employees on holidays, purchasing gifts, and participating in the creation of custom gifts together with the team.

       

    📍 Requirements

    • Basic SMM skills: writing posts and announcements, editing texts (not only using ChatGPT, but also the ability to adapt content to the company’s tone of voice).
    • Degree in Philology / PR / Marketing / International Communications is preferred. Completed SMM or copywriting courses would be a strong advantage.
    • Strong online research skills (e.g., finding a fruit delivery service in Cyprus, arranging payment, organizing doorstep delivery).
    • Strong communication skills (daily interaction with colleagues, quick response to incoming requests), teamwork, proactiveness, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools: Docs, Sheets, Forms.
    • Experience working or studying in international projects is highly desirable.
    • Awareness of trends in video and visual content; experience with graphic design software is a plus.
