Team: Senior Data Analyst, BI Analyst.

Interaction with: Head of Analytics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence with large-scale datasets.
• Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, ClickHouse, and relational databases.
• Strong experience building and optimizing dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Experience ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance standards.
• Experience owning analytics for a project or business unit.
• Experience in gaming, eSports, or high-load transactional environments is preferred.
• English- sufficient for professional communication and documentation.
• Ukrainian or Russian — Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced (for internal communication).

Required education/Training background:

• Strong academic foundation in databases and SQL, statistics and probability, data analysis and modeling, and information systems architecture.

Will be an advantage:

• Proven experience integrating, transforming, and migrating data across multiple systems (ETL/ELT).

List of technologies:

• SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• ClickHouse.
• ETL/ELT tools.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of analytics for a specific project or business unit.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple databases and sources.
• Design, create, and maintain database tables, views, queries, and data models.
• Integrate and migrate data across different systems and databases (ETL/ELT).
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and translate results into actionable business insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all datasets.

Hello, we are looking for a Mid-level Influencer & Partnerships Manager (CS2) for our eSports products. Ideally, we are looking for a former streamer or blogger.
 

Location: remotely.

Project: our eSports product.

Current team: Influence Managers

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position: Influence or Affiliate/ Media
• CS2 deep knowledge, know videobloggers.
• Twitch/KICK/TIKTOK/YOUTUBE knowledge.
• Understanding how to find new partners.
• Twitch/YOUTUBE analytics, working with Twitch streamers.
• Experience with such tools as Stream charts/ Hyper Auditory 
• Ability to offer new types of integrations with Influencers (non-standard), focused on engagement and deposits.
• English: Pre-intermediate
• Ukrainian / Russian: Native
• Former streamer or  blogger - will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Find new partners from the CS2 industry across various platforms.
• Create collaboration deals with them.
• Track results, keep an eye on the statistics of deals.
• Implement creative integrations.
• Manage influencers.
