    As part of a tight creative trio β€” User Acquisition, Creative Marketing, and Product Marketing β€” your challenge is to unlock and scale a thematic direction end to end.     What product will you be working on?

    Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

    What will you do:

    • Design solid, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile app.
    • Generate and validate product hypotheses.
    • Iterate on designs based on A/B test results and user feedback.
    • Conduct user research and leverage existing qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth implementation of your designs.
    • Work closely with UX writers, researchers, and designers from other Growth teams.
    • Maintain and improve our design system.
       

    What do you need to join us:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
    • Experience building mobile-first products.
    • Great visual taste and strong UI skills: solid grasp of design patterns, composition, typography, and color.
    • Ability to effectively present design decisions and accept feedback.
    • English level of at least Upper-Intermediate.
    • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
       

    Would be a big plus:

    • Experience conducting or contributing to UX research.
    • Experience with hypotheses and A/B testing.

    What product will you be working on?
    Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

    • Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics.

    • Understanding of product metrics and how they’re connected.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
    • Ability to express ideas clearly and get to the point.
    • Proactive mindset and strong presentation skills.
