We are looking for a very strong Team Lead Media Buyer with a serious and professional approach to work. This is not just a managerial role — the main result of this position is building a strong team that effectively manages very large advertising budgets with excellent ROI.
You will not need to run traffic personally — the key responsibility is to build and lead the team and ensure consistently high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of media buyers (around 10 people; you may bring your own team).

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager with experience in the iGaming industry, ready to quickly join the team and build efficient processes on a strong platform.

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Participate in launching new iGaming brands and supporting existing ones, with deep involvement in preparation processes;
• Launch, test, and optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement funnels across different GEOs;
• Identify audience needs, analyze competitors, and apply best practices;
• Form hypotheses, run product experiments, and develop new features aimed at increasing retention and engagement metrics expressed through clear value indicators;
• Define key product metrics, prepare reports, and forecasts;
