Mandatory requirements:

Responsibilities:

• First-line user support:
  • login issues (RDS, VPN, email)

• Resolving typical incidents according to procedures
• Escalating complex issues to L2/L3 with clear descriptions:
  • steps taken
  • errors encountered

• Working with tasks in Jira:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead responsible for implementing the initial customer acquisition plan, developing digital channels, working with CPA networks, and monitoring the funnel from registration to delivery.

Responsibilities

— implementing the initial customer acquisition plan;

— managing traffic channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CPA / affiliate;

— developing and scaling the CPA business;

— working with affiliate networks and affiliate partners;

— monitoring rates, conditions, traffic volume, and quality;

— analyzing the customer funnel: registration → application → approval → signing → delivery; — identifying funnel dips and growth points at each stage;

— monitoring key metrics: CPA, CAC, CR, EPC, application approval conversion, contract signing conversion, funnel completion rate, traffic quality;

— developing hypotheses for new customer growth and monitoring their implementation;

— interacting with analytics, product, risk management, retention, and the contact center;

— regular reporting on channel results and plan fulfillment.

What tools should you be proficient with?

— Google Ads;

— Meta / Facebook Ads Manager;

— CPA / affiliate platforms: Affise, Everflow, Tune, or similar;

— Keitaro / traffic trackers or similar;

— Google Analytics 4;

— At least 1 year of experience in microfinance organizations / fintech / lending;

— Experience working with highly competitive niches: microfinance organizations, loans, fintech, iGaming;

— Experience scaling CPA traffic;

— Understanding of the logic behind initial search results, approval rates, signing rates, and client quality.

— Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA or similar)
— Experience building RAG systems (knowledge bases, embeddings, retrieval)
— Hands-on experience developing AI solutions in production
— Strong Python skills (FastAPI / async / API integrations)
