We are looking for a strong Collections Supervisor (Collections Team Lead) with Spanish language skills who can effectively lead a team of collection agents, monitor the quality of customer interactions, and ensure efficient recovery of overdue debts.

This role is ideal for someone who can successfully manage people, analyze performance metrics, and consistently deliver results.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of collection agents, ensuring discipline, motivation, and performance.
• Monitor call quality and compliance with Collections scripts and procedures.
• Track and improve KPIs, including recovery rate, contact rate, collection efficiency, and SLA compliance.

🧠 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in collections, debt recovery, credit sales, or a call center.
• Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Senior Agent, or Team Lead.
• Spanish proficiency at A2/B1 level or higher.
• Russian or Ucrainian  proficiency is required.
• Strong understanding of collections processes and KPI management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a results-driven approach.

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who can manage not only advertising accounts, but the entire customer acquisition ecosystem: performance channels, CPA partners, analytics, funnels, budgets, team management, and achievement of business targets related to loan disbursements.

This position is ideal for a candidate who is data-driven, able to quickly identify bottlenecks in the funnel, scale high-performing channels, and build a strong marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
• Experience managing a team of 4+ specialists, including media buyers, affiliate managers, SMM specialists, retention/CRM managers, and analysts
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, CPA/Affiliate Traffic
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: CPA, CPL, CPS, CAC, ROMI, EPC, CR, and Approve Rate
• Experience managing advertising budgets and monitoring channel performance
• Ability to analyze the entire conversion funnel: registrations, applications, approvals, signings, and disbursements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing function and take ownership of customer acquisition targets
• Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including first-time disbursements, total disbursements, CAC, CR, Approve Rate, Signing Rate, and ROMI
• Develop and scale acquisition channels such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA, mobile traffic, and alternative traffic sources
• Manage CPA partnerships, including pricing, traffic quality, scaling opportunities, partnership terms, and payout control
• Analyze the marketing funnel and identify growth opportunities at every stage: Registration → Application → Approval → Signing → Disbursement

Job Description

We are looking for a Google Media Buyer who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for an in-house product.

We need a specialist who not only knows how to launch ads but also deeply understands funnels, analytics, events, and the final business result in terms of leads and loan issuances.

Key Responsibilities

— Launching and managing Google Ads campaigns;
— Working with Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and App Campaigns;
— Scaling successful campaigns;
— Monitoring customer acquisition costs (CPA / CAC / CPL / CPS);
— Analyzing the full funnel: from click to lead / loan issuance;
— Identifying growth opportunities in campaigns, keywords, ads, landing pages, and events;
— Semantic management: keyword research, clustering, negative keywords, query expansion;
— Testing hypotheses, offers, landing pages, and ad funnels;
— Monitoring traffic quality and conversions;
— Setting up and validating correct event tracking in Google Ads;
— Working with analytics through GA4 / GTM / Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust;
— Daily work with performance reporting and metrics.

Requirements
