Requirements

• Proven experience in a risk management leadership role
• Mandatory experience in MFO / micro-lending
• Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience with relational databases
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analytics)
• Deep understanding of credit product economics
• Experience managing a team and controlling key metrics
• Ability to build transparent analytical processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks for IT teams
• Understanding of the Mexican market will be a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and optimization of key metrics: DPD, Default Rate, Portfolio Yield, Delinquency Rate, NPL, Approval Rate, Cost of Risk
• Managing the risk analysis team: task assignment, supervision, and quality control
• Collaboration with operational teams and managers
• Working directly with databases (PostgreSQL), preparing data samples and performing analytics
• Preparing and documenting technical specifications for IT teams
• Building analytical tables, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets and Excel
