About Us
We’re building a mental wellness app designed to deliver personalised, accessible, and impactful support to users worldwide. Our mobile product is live, scaling rapidly, and evolving into a category-defining platform. We are looking for an iOS Developer who can take technical ownership, influence architecture, and help shape the future of our mobile experience.

What You’ll Do
 

• Own the iOS application architecture and drive technical decisions that support scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead the development of complex features from concept to release with minimal supervision.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and Android engineers to deliver a seamless cross-platform experience.
• Identify technical debt and proactively propose improvements.
• Ensure high code quality through thoughtful reviews, testing strategies, and automation.
• Oversee App Store releases, monitoring, and production stability.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design efficient APIs and improve app performance.

Requirements
5+ years of professional iOS development experience, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality apps at scale.
Expert-level proficiency in Swift and deep knowledge of SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
Strong experience designing mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularisation, etc.).
Solid understanding of performance optimisation, memory management, threading, and networking.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and improving developer workflows.
Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, third-party SDK integrations (Firebase, OneSignal, etc.), and debugging production issues.
Deep familiarity with App Store processes, guidelines, and subscription-based business models (in-app purchases).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have
Experience working on healthtech, wellness, or AI-driven products.
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Mixpanel.
Experience scaling apps with large user bases.
Exposure to security and data privacy best practices (especially valuable in health-related products).
