Ми шукаємо людину, яка стане партнером фаундерів і побудує HR-функцію з нуля. У нас немає HR-відділу та «спадщини», яку потрібно переробляти, — тому у вас є можливість вибудувати архітектуру компанії з самого початку.

Обов’язки
У перші 6–12 місяців співвідношення 80% hands-on / 20% стратегія.
Ви, власник HR-функції: самостійно проєктуєте, впроваджуєте процеси та несете відповідальність за результат.
На старті управління командою не передбачено — функція повністю вибудовується власноруч.
1. Організаційна архітектура та процеси (40%)
- Проведення аудиту поточної команди та фіналізація організаційної структури (усунення дублювань, виявлення gap-ів);
- Розробка та опис посадових інструкцій для всіх ролей;
- Побудова системи KPI та Performance Review з нуля;
- Впровадження та адміністрування HRIS (BambooHR / HiBob / Personio).
2. HR Operations & Compliance (30%)
- Наведення порядку в HR-документації: контракти відповідно до законодавства ЄС (Іспанія, Естонія, Грузія);
- Побудова базового Employee Journey: онбординг, офбординг, регулярні 1-on-1, управління відпустками;
- Розробка прозорої системи грейдів та Compensation & Benefits.
3. Точковий рекрутинг Senior / C-level (20%)
- Немасовий, але критично важливий найм (у середньому ~1 позиція на місяць);
- Закриття ключових ролей (CFO, Head of CRM, Head of Security);
- Оцінка кандидатів senior- та executive-рівня.
4. Партнерство з бізнесом (10%)
- Участь у стратегічних сесіях із фаундерами;
- Оцінка команд і HR-ризиків під час потенційних M&A-угод.
Вимоги
- Досвід побудови HR-процесів з нуля та готовність самостійно вибудовувати й вести функцію на старті;
- 7+ років досвіду в HR, з них 2–3 роки на позиції Head / Lead;
- Обов’язковий досвід у iGaming / Fintech / Gambling;
- Вільне володіння українською мовою (робоча мова в офісі);
- Російська — для комунікації з частиною команди;
- Англійська — Upper-Intermediate+ (робота з документацією);
- Готовність у перший рік працювати без підлеглих, самостійно налаштовувати HR / CRM-системи та проводити інтерв’ю;
- Досвід впровадження KPI, систем грейдів та HR CRM / HRIS;
- Розуміння специфіки P&L в iGaming-індустрії, Unit Economics та впливу HR-функції на фінансові показники компанії.
