We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design and implement a scalable automated testing framework for GT Protocol — an AI-powered Web3 trading and portfolio management ecosystem.
 

This is a part-time, senior-level engagement focused on architecture and setup of automated and end-to-end testing. After implementation, ongoing test maintenance will be handled by our internal engineering team.
 

Mission of the Role

Design and implement a robust automated testing and E2E framework for GT Protocol products and infrastructure, enabling reliable releases and long-term scalability of QA processes.
 

What You Will Do

Testing Architecture & Setup (primary phase):

• Design automated testing strategy for backend, APIs, and user flows
• Define E2E testing approach for Web3 and trading scenarios
• Select and implement testing stack and frameworks (Python-based)
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish test data, environments, and coverage strategy

Knowledge Transfer & Handover (secondary phase):

• Document testing architecture and standards
• Train internal developers/QA on maintaining tests
• Support stabilization after rollout
   

Must-Have Experience

• Senior-level QA Automation experience (3+ years)
• Strong Python for test automation
• Experience in Web3 / fintech / trading systems
• Proven experience designing automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience with API and backend testing
• Experience implementing E2E testing pipelines
• CI/CD integration for automated tests
• Experience in complex distributed or financial systems
• Ability to define testing strategy independently
