    Role Description

    We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO who will be responsible for developing, scaling, and overseeing SEO strategies for client projects. This role involves strategic consulting, coordinating team efforts with SEO specialists, marketing managers, and analysts. Our ideal candidate will lead strategy development, scale results, drive automation, and grow the SEO function while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement SEO strategies for client projects.
    • Optimize internal SEO processes and improve overall efficiency.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs): traffic, rankings, lead generation, and client satisfaction.
    • Manage, develop, and oversee the SEO team.
    • Contribute to the creation of new products and strategies within the SEO department.
    • Communicate with clients on strategic SEO matters and participate in client calls.
    • Collaborate with all key departments of the company to ensure effective execution of SEO initiatives.
       

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience as a Head of SEO/SEO team-lead.
    • Experience managing 10 or more SEO projects.
    • Proven experience working with medium and large websites (SaaS, IT, B2B) and scaling SEO results.
    • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
    • Strong expertise in technical SEO, semantic analysis, link building, and analytics.
    • Experience building SEO processes, setting tasks for teams, and overseeing their execution.
    • ​​Experience managing a team and improving team performance
      (including conducting regular performance reviews, creating individual Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for team members, and tracking progress of PDP goals.).
    • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to realistically assess team resources, business priorities, and take ownership of results.
       

    What We Offer
    Compensation:

    • Probation period (3 months): $2,800 per month.
    • After probation: $3,000 per month + KPI-based bonus / performance-based incentives.

       

    Work Format:

    • Flexible — full-time (part-time option available)
