Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in iGaming (platform/sportsbook/turnkey solutions)
• Proven sales experience in one or several markets: EU, LATAM, Africa, Asia (crypto-focused GEOs)
• Experience in designing and implementing a successful sales strategy
• Ability to analyze markets and competitors, identify trends and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and expand market share in the iGaming industry
• Delivering the complete B2B sales process: from prospecting to deal closure
• Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining accounts after closing
• Expanding presence in priority regions 
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting
• Conduct commercial negotiations with C-level executives and decision-makers

Requirements:

• Experience in C/С++ programming of 5+ years;
• Experience in design and development of products based on RTOS and RTOS-less

• Experience with some of the following of Ethernet protocols (TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, NTP, SMTP, SNMP, ICMP) and CAN protocols (J1939, CANOpen);

• Strong practical experience with IFRS in multi-entity environments
• Experience with: month-end closing, financial reporting, payroll (multi-currency, contractors)
• Experience working with external accountants / outsourcing providers in different countries
• Experience independently managing full accounting cycle for legal entities in international environments
• Understanding of tax planning principles and ability to identify operational and tax-related risks

Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Consolidate financial data across companies and assist CFO/Head of Reconciliation with analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Manage tax reporting (VAT/GST and corporate taxes) and oversee statutory reporting, including controlling filing annual accounts with local registrars (e.g. Companies House).
• Maintain financial deadlines calendar and liaise with external accountants across jurisdictions.

Payroll & Payments

• Manage payroll for ~50+ employees / contractors (multi-currency)
• Prepare payroll data and perform plan vs actual analysis
• Handle reporting related to payroll and compensation
• Record intercompany loans, fees, and settlements

Vendor & Accounts Payable 

• Work with vendor invoices and documentation
• Validate invoices and financial data from systems
• Coordinate with Treasury 
• Maintain and control vendor-related financial data

Budgeting & Finance Support

• Support CFO in budget preparation (data collection & validation)
• Provide financial inputs for planning 
• Consolidate departmental budgets into company-wide financial model

Project stack: Node.js (backend), NoSQL, SQL, Redis, MongoDB,  Linux.

 Requirements:

• At least 5 + years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming in Node.js and event loop
• Knowledge or  experience with high-load systems
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory key-value databases for data storage and optimization;
• Knowledge of network protocols such as HTTP, TCP, and FTP;
• Expertise in identifying and resolving issues efficiently;
