We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2+ years of experience in modern project environments. The ideal candidate is not just a process facilitator but a passionate owner of documentation quality, AI-assisted workflows, and digital systems. You will play a key role in organizing, structuring, and driving projects forward, ensuring operational excellence and effective stakeholder communication.
 
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage full-cycle projects — from ideation to successful delivery.
• Maintain project documentation using Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
• Build and track project timelines and boards using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Implement and promote the use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) for content generation, research, and document structuring.
• Organize and structure internal documentation, knowledge bases, and working spaces.
• Create clean, visually appealing presentations, dashboards, and internal reports.
• Communicate project progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, design, operations, and business teams.
• Constantly improve project management practices, bringing bold and smart ideas.
   

🧠 Requirements:
 

• 2+ years in a project management or operations coordination role.
• Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence (or Notion), Google Workspace.
• Strong document writing and visual presentation skills.
• High proficiency in English (B2+/C1) — written and verbal.
• Excellent time and task management, attention to detail.
• Experience with or openness to using AI in daily workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and professional maturity.

The role combines new business acquisition, development of long-term partnerships, and cross-functional project coordination to deliver scalable logistics and e-commerce solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles (preferably in logistics or e-commerce)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Strategic and analytical mindset, ability to work with market insights and data.
• Experience managing multi-step client projects involving several departments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a strong advantage
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and independence

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Sales Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the European region
• Conduct qualification calls, needs assessments, and present tailored commercial solutions
• Develop offers, negotiate terms, and oversee the onboarding of new clients

Onboarding & Implementation

• Coordinate pre-launch and post-launch stages with operations, finance and product teams
• Ensure SOPs, tariffs, and documentation are prepared and approved
• Track early-stage client performance and initiate improvements when needed

Client Relationship Development

• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure satisfaction, retention and portfolio growth
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Support clients through integration phases and ongoing commercial communication

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Monitor market dynamics, competitor moves and emerging trends
• Share insights with regional leadership to support strategic decisions and pricing updates
• Contribute to regional and global sales strategies and participate in MSR/QSR reviews

Cross-Functional Collaboration & CRM Discipline

• Align with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and E-commerce Support to deliver seamless client experience
• Maintain structured CRM updates and accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Provide clear business updates, forecasts, and insights to the Head of Region

Business Travel

• Participate in business trips across Europe when required to support sales and client growth.

• Маєте досвід роботи з IT-проєктами або технічними продуктами.

• Вмієте структурувати інформацію та описувати вимоги.
• Маєте аналітичне мислення та відповідальність за результат.
• Англійська — Intermediate / B1 або вище.
• Впевнено користуєтесь Excel / Google Sheets.
