Data-driven SEO Team Lead with hands-on experience in the Casino vertical. Proven track record in dominating branded SERP and scaling organic traffic from product inception. Focus is on brand protection for a primary Tier-1 product, utilizing both White and Black Hat strategies.
 

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in SEO with 2+ years in a Lead/Senior capacity specifically within the iGaming/Casino niche.
• Brand Protection: Expert-level knowledge of dominating branded keyword clusters and managing reputation/visibility in Tier-1 markets.
• Strategic Expertise: Master of both White Hat (product optimization) and Black Hat (aggressive link building, PBNs, cloaking) techniques.
• Technical Execution: Proficiency in building and managing mono-sites (small, cluster-based websites) to saturate SERPs for branded queries.
• Analytical Rigor: Deep experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Tools: Advanced mastery of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA, SEranking and specialized tools for expired domain auctions and parsing.
• Product Growth: Demonstrated history of scaling a product’s organic traffic from zero to significant volume.
• Language: Intermediate to Upper Intermediate English (B1/B2) for navigating Tier-1 competition.
   

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Execution: Managing site audits, content deployment, and link acquisition.
• SERP Domination: Developing and executing a strategy to occupy multiple positions in the Top 10 for branded keywords through the main product and auxiliary mono-sites.
• Product Optimization: Leading the technical SEO roadmap for the primary casino product to ensure maximum crawlability and indexation.
• Process Architecture: Designing the SEO workflow, including content briefs, technical QA, and link-building pipelines.
• Team Building: Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring SEO specialists and link builders once the initial unit is ready for scaling.
• Metric Development: Creating and tracking cascade KPIs (ROI, LTV/CAC from organic, SERP Share of Voice).

• Automation: Experience using LLMs (GPT/Claude) or custom scripts to automate content generation for mono-sites at scale.
• Cross-Channel Insight: Understanding of how PPC/Social/Media placements interact with organic SERP results.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager focused on live communication and calls, not just чат.

Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls on existing cases
• Follow up on player requests and clarify issues via phone
• Conduct targeted calls to player segments using prepared scripts
• Handle inbound call requests (when players prefer phone communication)
• Work with chats and email as a secondary priority

Requirements
• Experience in voice communication with clients (outbound / calls, not only chat)
• Strong spoken English — confident in live conversations (B2+ / C1)
• Experience working with scripts (able to adapt, not just read)
• Ability to handle objections and communicate with difficult clients
• Comfortable with multitasking (calls + chat/email)
• Experience in iGaming or support-heavy products — nice to have
• Experience with night shifts — a plus

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to scale UA for Gambling across Tier-1 GEOs (strong focus on CA). You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns—turning creative angles and data into profitable growth.
 

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid acquisition across Facebook (Meta) for Gambling (policy-compliant), covering iOS / PWA / Android flows.
• Build, test, and scale bundles: angles, creatives, pre-landers/landers, funnels.
• Optimize to performance goals (CPA/FTD, ROAS, CTR/CVR, payback) with structured A/B/MVT testing.
• Manage and pace $30k+ / month budgets with clear caps, rules, and daily P&L control.
• Set up and maintain tracking in Keitaro / Binom; ensure clean attribution and reporting.
• Analyze cohorts and GEO/channel performance; propose scale/kill decisions daily.
• Collaborate with Design (static/motion/UGC), CRM (retargeting), and Product/BI (dashboards & insights).
• Source and validate new traffic sources, placements, and whitelists; negotiate with reps.
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of media buying in the Gambling vertical, primarily Facebook (Meta).
• Proven launches for iOS / PWA / Android apps/flows.
• Recent wins (last 2–3 months) you can walk us through (goal → setup → results).
• Tier-1 experience is a must; Canada (CA) 
• Hands-on with Keitaro and/or Binom trackers.
• Comfortable managing $30k+/month with disciplined testing and daily optimization.
• Ability to find and generate new bundles (angles, creatives, flows) consistently.
