You’ll work directly with the Head of Product, translating strategic requirements into practical Notion workspaces, workflows, databases, documentation and automations.

You won’t simply maintain Notion.

You’ll help build the operational infrastructure the company runs on.

What You’ll Own

• Owning the structure, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s Notion workspace.
• Designing scalable databases, dashboards and operational systems from scratch using relations, rollups, formulas, templates, views, permissions and advanced database logic.
• Translating business requirements and the Head of Product’s direction into practical Notion systems, workflows and automations.
• Collecting requirements from Product, CRM, HR, Marketing, Operations and other teams and turning them into clear system specifications.
• Building interconnected systems for Product Development, Project Operations, CRM, HR, documentation and other business functions.
• Mapping and improving business processes, including responsibilities, statuses, dependencies, approvals, handovers and escalation flows.
• Creating integrations, notifications and automated workflows between Notion, Slack, CircleBack, ChatGPT, AI agents, meeting tools and other company services.
• Validating solutions with the Head of Product and relevant stakeholders before implementation.
• Maintaining workspace consistency across naming conventions, properties, views, permissions, ownership, dependencies, instructions and information quality.
• Creating clear documentation, process guides, field descriptions and user instructions.
• Auditing existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, duplicated work and opportunities for automation.
• Supporting adoption by training team members, collecting feedback and improving systems based on real usage.

• Taking ownership of additional Product and Operations initiatives where structure, coordination or process development is required.

• Maintaining and updating partner data in NetHunt CRM.
• Managing partner and deal information in Affilka.
• Entering, verifying and updating affiliate data after partner negotiations.
• Keeping partner statuses accurate and up to date.
• Owning daily, weekly and monthly affiliate reporting.
• Tracking payments, commissions, deal terms and follow-ups.
• Reconciling information between NetHunt, Affilka, reports and internal documentation.
• Monitoring missing information, inconsistencies and overdue actions.
• Supporting partner onboarding from the operational side.

• Has 2+ years of media buying experience in the Gambling vertical, primarily with Facebook (Meta).
• Has proven experience launching and optimizing iOS, PWA and Android apps or flows.
• Has recent successful campaigns from the last 2–3 months that you can walk us through — from goal and setup to results.
• Has hands-on Tier-1 experience, with Canada (CA) being a must.
• Has practical experience with Keitaro and/or Binom.
• Is comfortable managing $30k+ monthly budgets with disciplined testing and daily optimization.
• Can consistently find and generate new bundles across angles, creatives and flows.

Your mission is to uncover hidden problems across the acquisition funnel before they become visible business losses.
 

What You’ll Own

You won’t spend your days building dashboards.

You’ll investigate the entire acquisition funnel and connect data with product behaviour.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Investigating traffic quality across Affiliate, Facebook and other acquisition channels.
• Performing root cause analysis for conversion drops.
• Diagnosing the acquisition funnel from click to repeat deposit.
• Validating tracking links, redirects, attribution, cloaking and postbacks.
• Identifying bottlenecks affecting:
  • Click → Registration
  • Registration → Deposit
  • Deposit → Repeat Deposit
• Investigating issues related to:
  • devices
  • browsers
  • landing pre-landing pages
  • operating systems
  • internet providers
  • provinces
  • payment flows
  • infrastructure
• Collaborating with Product, Affiliate, Media Buying, QA, Payments and Engineering to identify root causes instead of symptoms.
• Building clear hypotheses, validating them with data and turning them into actionable recommendations.
• Monitoring funnel health and detecting anomalies before they significantly impact acquisition performance.

• Conversion issues are identified before they become major business problems.
• Funnel visibility is significantly stronger.
• Affiliate and Media Buying teams clearly understand why performance changes.
• Product decisions are driven by evidence instead of assumptions.
• Technical issues are discovered faster.
• Teams spend less time debating symptoms and more time solving root causes.
• Performance metrics are increasing the performance of Marketing teams.
   

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics or similar roles.
• Understands affiliate marketing and paid acquisition.
• Knows how tracking, redirects, attribution, and postbacks work.
• Can investigate technical conversion problems instead of simply reporting numbers.
• Is comfortable working with SQL and modern BI tools.
• Naturally asks “Why?” before drawing conclusions.
• Enjoys connecting data, product behaviour and business impact.
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Takes ownership and proactively drives investigations through to resolution.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, Betting or Gambling.
• Experience with Tier-1 markets, especially Canada.
• Experience with Binom, Keitaro, Voluum or similar tracking platforms.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of Cloudflare, CDN, or WAF.
• Browser debugging experience.
• Experience with Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
