Position Overview:
 

We are looking for a Business Operations & Compliance Specialist to own and coordinate several critical operational workflows across partnerships, security/compliance, and talent sourcing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple parallel processes without losing speed or accuracy. You will work directly with the Head of Operations, external partners, auditors, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to keep key business initiatives moving.

Your core areas of ownership will include:

- partnership and marketplace application processes,

- security and compliance operations,

- sourcing support across LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other platforms.

You will report directly and work day-to-day with the Head of Operations, owning execution across these workflows with a strong focus on follow-through, written communication, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Partnership operations responsibilities:

• Own partnership onboarding and submission workflows from start to finish: questionnaires, applications, forms, supporting materials, follow-ups, and status tracking.
• Coordinate partnership-related processes with external platforms, ecosystems, and marketplaces, for example Salesforce AppExchange, SAP, and similar partner programs.
• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation and keep internal stakeholders aligned on deadlines, requirements, and next steps.
• Track multiple partnership processes in parallel and maintain clear written updates on progress, blockers, and follow-ups.
• Help structure repeatable internal workflows for partnership submissions and external ecosystem applications.

Security and compliance responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day coordination of security and compliance operations, including Drata maintenance, evidence follow-up, policy updates, and readiness tracking.
• Review auditor comments, findings, and requests, and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, and leadership.
• Support ongoing work related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and similar frameworks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
• Maintain documentation hygiene across policies, controls, supporting evidence, and related compliance materials.
• Communicate clearly with auditors and internal team members on open items, status changes, and required actions.
• Help drive internal accountability on security and compliance follow-through, especially where multiple teams are involved.

Talent sourcing support responsibilities:

• Support hiring workflows by sourcing relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other platforms.
• Build targeted candidate lists based on role requirements, screening logic, geography, seniority, and relevant domain background.
• Conduct structured profile screening and shortlisting, highlighting why a candidate may or may not fit the role.
• Maintain organized sourcing pipelines, notes, and outreach support materials when needed.
• Work closely with leadership on research-heavy hiring tasks for priority roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in operations, compliance coordination, partnership operations, business support, recruiting research, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong ability to manage structured processes with many moving parts: deadlines, forms, documents, owners, follow-ups, and external dependencies.
• Experience working with documentation-heavy workflows, including questionnaires, applications, internal records, audit materials, or policy-related documents.

We are looking for a combined Account Executive / Project Manager to own the customer journey end-to-end: from first conversation and closing, through rollout, pilot execution, and expansion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell value clearly to senior operators and then run a tight delivery process without heavy bureaucracy. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders on the customer side (Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations) and coordinate internally with Product, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to ensure fast time-to-value and a successful pilot outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst (AI/ML) to help us build a polished, user-ready product experience around Graphio.ai’s core mission: stopping revenue loss before it happens by detecting broken handoffs between teams.

In this role, you will translate complex cross-functional execution problems into clear product requirements, data definitions, and measurable validation criteria. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to define what “successful execution” looks like for customers, turn that into reliable detection and alerting behavior, and continuously improve signal quality using API-enabled metadata from existing systems.

This role is rooted in B2B SaaS execution workflows, where multiple teams and systems must stay aligned for deals, renewals, and contracts to move smoothly. Your work will directly impact how accurately Graphio.ai detects misalignment early, how actionable the alerts are, and how fast customers see value after launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Machine Learning Engineer to define how the system automatically discovers and constructs the golden path (ideal workflow / best-performing execution pattern) from API-enabled metadata - including inputs, assumptions, and expected outputs.
• You will not manually build or validate customer workflows. Your role is to define requirements, data definitions, and evaluation criteria so the model generates the ideal workflow reliably and consistently.
• Translate customer process reality into clear modeling requirements: what a workflow step is, how handoffs are represented, how similar workflows are grouped, and how “successful execution” is determined at scale.
• Define API-enabled metadata requirements needed for automated modeling: event taxonomy, entities, identifiers, timestamps, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
• Specify deviation definitions relative to the golden path (ideal workflow): missing step, wrong sequence, excessive delay, broken ownership transition, stalled handoff - and how deviations should be prioritized.

We are looking for a Product Owner (AI/ML) - Workflow Intelligence who can combine strong product ownership with senior-level analytical rigor.

You will own a core slice of Graphio.ai end-to-end: system connection experience, metadata collection and processing, automatic ideal workflow (golden path) generation, deviation detection, and weekly/monthly reporting delivered to a single accountable owner. Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Backend Developer to help build and maintain the backend services that power Graphio.ai’s workflow intelligence product.

In this role, you will work on C# / .NET–based APIs and backend services that support customer onboarding (workspace setup and invites), system integrations, metadata ingestion and processing, and generation of user-facing outputs such as weekly/monthly reports and alerts.

Key Responsibilities:
