Position Overview:
 

We are looking for a combined Account Executive / Project Manager to own the customer journey end-to-end: from first conversation and closing, through rollout, pilot execution, and expansion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell value clearly to senior operators and then run a tight delivery process without heavy bureaucracy. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders on the customer side (Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations) and coordinate internally with Product, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to ensure fast time-to-value and a successful pilot outcome.

You will report directly and work day-to-day with the CEO and the Head of Operations, owning execution across the full customer journey: sales, rollout, pilot success, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Account Executive responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close: outreach, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, and contracting.
• Run structured discovery focused on execution breakdowns and broken handoffs, and translate them into a clear value story (deal velocity, renewals, contract cycle time, churn risk).
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline and forecasting discipline using a customer relationship management system.
• Coordinate procurement steps with customer stakeholders (security review, legal review, pricing, terms) and keep momentum high.
• Maintain high-quality account notes, next steps, and decision-maker maps to keep deals moving predictably.
   

Project Manager responsibilities (rollout + pilot ownership)

• Own rollout and pilot execution after signing: kickoff, timeline, responsibilities, risks, and weekly status updates.
• Coordinate customer setup: workspace creation, user invites, and the process of connecting systems and starting metadata collection (without requiring workflow changes).
• Drive clarity on pilot success criteria: what outcomes must be achieved, what reporting will be delivered (weekly/monthly), and who the accountable owner is on the customer side.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholder alignment on the customer side (Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations).
• Keep the project moving with clear written communication, strong follow-through, and fast issue resolution when data access, permissions, or timelines block progress.
• Collect feedback from pilot usage and reporting, turn it into actionable product input, and coordinate improvements with the internal team.
• Own pilot wrap-up, results recap, and expansion path: renewals, upsell, or broader rollout based on measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally including ownership of pilots or post-sale implementation/project management.
• Experience selling to and working with senior operators (Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Deal Desk, Legal Operations, Finance Operations, or similar).
• Strong ability to manage a process: clear next steps, meeting discipline, written updates, and ownership of timelines and deliverables.
• Comfort discussing technical topics at a practical level (system connections, API-enabled metadata, permissions, data readiness), without needing to be an engineer.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including handling security/legal/procurement steps.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication in a remote-first environment.

In this role, you will translate complex cross-functional execution problems into clear product requirements, data definitions, and measurable validation criteria. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Machine Learning Engineer to define how the system automatically discovers and constructs the golden path (ideal workflow / best-performing execution pattern) from API-enabled metadata - including inputs, assumptions, and expected outputs.
• You will not manually build or validate customer workflows. Your role is to define requirements, data definitions, and evaluation criteria so the model generates the ideal workflow reliably and consistently.
• Translate customer process reality into clear modeling requirements: what a workflow step is, how handoffs are represented, how similar workflows are grouped, and how “successful execution” is determined at scale.
• Define API-enabled metadata requirements needed for automated modeling: event taxonomy, entities, identifiers, timestamps, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
• Specify deviation definitions relative to the golden path (ideal workflow): missing step, wrong sequence, excessive delay, broken ownership transition, stalled handoff - and how deviations should be prioritized.
• Work with Engineering and Machine Learning to ensure modeling outputs are product-ready: stable, consistent across updates, and understandable enough for the end user to act on.
• Own the user-facing capability to review and edit the golden path (ideal workflow): allow customers to add/remove steps and adjust what “good execution” means, while preserving a reliable baseline generated by the system.
• Define and continuously improve weekly/monthly reporting: what insights are surfaced, how they are explained, and how reports/alerts are delivered to the accountable owner (a specific responsible person).
• Establish evaluation and monitoring for automated modeling and deviation detection: track misses vs false alarms, consistency of the generated ideal workflow, lead time gained, and actionability tied to revenue outcomes.
• Investigate accuracy issues: analyze why the system generated an incorrect ideal workflow or missed a deviation, propose improvements, and validate fixes through regression checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building or supporting AI/ML-enabled B2B SaaS products, especially where models drive user-visible workflows and decisions.
• Hands-on experience working with event-based data and operational systems (for example: CRM, customer success platforms, ticketing systems, project management tools, finance/contract systems).
• Familiarity with workflow analytics / process mining concepts (workflow reconstruction, handoffs, cycle time, bottlenecks, variants).
• Experience defining data contracts: event taxonomy, entity identifiers, timestamp conventions, ownership fields, and data quality rules.

• You will not manually build or validate customer workflows. Your job is to define requirements, data definitions, and evaluation criteria so the model generates the ideal workflow reliably and consistently.
• Translate customer process reality into modeling requirements: what a workflow step is, how handoffs are represented, how similar workflows are grouped, and how “successful execution” is determined at scale.
• Define metadata-first data requirements: event taxonomy, entities, identifiers, timestamps, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
• Specify deviation definitions and prioritization: missing step, wrong sequence, excessive delay, broken ownership transition, stalled handoff - and how severity is ranked.
• Own the user-facing experience for reviewing and editing the ideal workflow: allow customers to add/remove steps and adjust what “good execution” means, while preserving a reliable baseline generated by the system.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and alerting: what insights are surfaced, how they are explained, and how reports/alerts are delivered to the accountable owner (a specific responsible person).
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and quality gates for model-driven behavior: misses vs false alarms, consistency of the generated ideal workflow, drift signals, lead time gained, and actionability tied to revenue outcomes.
• Run investigations for accuracy issues: analyze why the system generated an incorrect ideal workflow or missed a deviation, propose improvements, and validate fixes through regression checks.
• Maintain a library of reference workflows and test scenarios that represent common cross-team handoff patterns and failure modes, and use it for regression coverage across releases.
• Align stakeholders and drive clarity: convert ambiguous asks into decisions, keep execution moving without heavy process, and ensure releases are understandable and actionable for end users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager roles, or in senior product business analysis roles with real product ownership scope.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-enabled features in B2B SaaS where model behavior directly impacts users and decisions.
• Strong background working with event-based data and operational systems (CRM, customer success platforms, ticketing systems, project management tools, finance/contract systems).
• Comfort defining data contracts: event taxonomy, entity identifiers, timestamp conventions, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
• Familiarity with workflow analytics / process mining concepts (handoffs, cycle time, variants, bottlenecks).
• Strong analytical discipline: defining evaluation criteria, monitoring misses vs false alarms, and connecting model output to business outcomes.
• Strong written communication, ability to drive decisions, and comfort operating in ambiguity with a small high-ownership team.
• Prior work in early-stage or fast-scaling environments where you owned problems end-to-end and shipped iteratively.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Backend Developer to help build and maintain the backend services that power Graphio.ai’s workflow intelligence product.

In this role, you will work on C# / .NET–based APIs and backend services that support customer onboarding (workspace setup and invites), system integrations, metadata ingestion and processing, and generation of user-facing outputs such as weekly/monthly reports and alerts.

You will join a small team where shipping, reliability, and clean engineering practices matter. This is a role for someone who wants to grow fast by working on real production systems, with support from senior engineers and clear technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core) that powers core Graphio.ai flows: workspace setup, user access, system integrations, metadata ingestion, reporting, and alert delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow team standards; contribute to refactoring and long-term code health when needed.
• Work on ingestion and processing of metadata (events, entities, timestamps, identifiers) used for workflow intelligence and reporting.
• Design and implement asynchronous and event-driven processes using RabbitMQ (queues, background jobs, retries, idempotency).
• Improve API reliability and performance: clear contracts, consistent error handling, pagination, and rate limiting.
• Work with databases:
  • MongoDB for operational and metadata storage,
  • ClickHouse for analytics, aggregations, and reporting workloads.
• Write and optimize queries, design schemas and indexes, participate in migrations, and help ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure-by-default practices (permissions, tenant boundaries, safe handling of sensitive data).
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and apply feedback quickly.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services in production: use logs, metrics, and tracing; contribute to root-cause fixes.
• Document backend services and APIs: how they work, how to run locally, and how to debug common issues.
• Contribute to engineering workflows: Git-based collaboration, containerized development (Docker), and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Engineering peers to deliver features in small, shippable increments in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of backend development experience (or equivalent production experience through projects).
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Experience building REST APIs, including authentication, authorization, error handling, pagination, and versioning.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB: schema design, indexes, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Understanding of analytical databases; experience with or willingness to learn ClickHouse (aggregations, partitioning, performance tuning).
• Experience with message queues and background processing; RabbitMQ is a strong plus.
• Understanding of asynchronous processing, eventual consistency, and retry mechanisms.
• Knowledge of secure engineering basics (auth, permissions, data protection).
• Comfortable working in a remote team: clear written communication, ownership of tasks, and predictable delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building event-driven architectures and data pipelines.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization.
