Position Overview
The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic growth for Global Ledger. You'll identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers in target markets, and secure high-value partnerships. This role blends strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the blockchain and AML landscape — and offers hands-on exposure to one of the fastest-growing corners of fintech.
 

What You'll Do

• Source and qualify leads that fit Global Ledger's business model; bringing an existing network is a huge plus
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients and partners across blockchain and financial services
• Present Global Ledger's platform and services, tailoring proposals and demos to specific client needs
• Negotiate and close high-value deals that contribute meaningfully to revenue goals
• Manage CRM data with discipline, following our deal-stage process, and forecast the sales pipeline accurately
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform growth strategy
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology relevant to our offerings

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on business development initiatives

   

What You Bring

• 2+ years in sales/business development, in FinTech, blockchain, or financial services (required)
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, AML regulations, and their application in financial services
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong grasp of B2B sales methodologies and negotiation techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior executives
• Comfort with CRM and sales automation tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
• A strategic mindset with an eye toward long-term growth opportunities

Nice to Have

• Existing network in blockchain, crypto, or financial services
• Proficiency in another language besides English (e.g., German, French, Arabic)
• Familiarity with custodial services, digital asset flow of funds, and the broader AML regulatory landscape
