We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to grow advertiser partnerships and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Actively acquire and manage advertisers and agencies in Tier 1 markets
• Sell advertising solutions based on white-hat traffic
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, negotiations, deal closing, and account growth
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers and key partners
• Understand client goals and match them with the company’s media solutions
• Work closely with account management, media buying, and operations teams
• Track performance, revenue, and sales KPIs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in digital advertising, media, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of online advertising ecosystems and traffic monetization
• Experience working with Tier 1 markets
• Proven B2B sales skills (advertisers, agencies, brands)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have:

• Existing advertiser or agency network in Tier 1 GEOs
• Experience with media networks, ad platforms, or affiliate marketing
• Understanding of CPM / CPC / CPA / performance models

Position Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing advertiser relationships with high-profile advertising partners, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with a team to coordinate marketing solutions for top brands, analyze campaign performance, and create digital performance strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing advertiser clients and prospect new ones to expand the company’s performance network.

• Manage multiple advertising campaigns, ensuring delivery of campaigns within budget and timelines.

• Manage advertiser budgets and monitor risk management to ensure compliance with contracts.

• Consult with advertisers on their marketing needs and provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and address their needs as required.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advertisers by gaining deep insight into their business.

• Keep advertisers informed of program enhancements and updates, and provide ongoing support for publishing partners, including optimization information, seasonal trends, and network highlights.

• Control traffic quality and volume generated revenues and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend ways to increase advertiser-generated revenues.

• Utilize company-provided tools, social media, industry trade shows, and networking events to prospect and recruit new advertising partners.

• Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for revenue growth, and develop an advertiser contact management strategy to manage top-tier accounts.

• Ensure collections and invoicing reconciliation are accurate and timely, and update campaigns with payouts, creative, and contact information.

• Implement initiatives that enhance advertiser productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI, and provide feedback and ideas for new incentives, bonuses, and contests to further increase revenue targets.

Your territory

As part of our Marketing agency, you will:

Own the Agency advertising efforts for our clients across Europe, the US, Canada, and our international markets

Сommunication with clients and building relationship

Develop marketing strategies in partnership with our Sales department

Apply PPC best practices for ads of our clients

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, sales, and marketing performance, and a regular frequency in order to allocate spending to the best performers

Partner with our Communications & Design teams to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and standards our clients

Your profile

Key requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing to advertise

Very good understanding of ads on the Internet

Strong analytical skills

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who has their own active base of webmasters/publishers and is ready to scale it together with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your existing affiliate/webmaster network
• Attract new affiliates and traffic sources
• Negotiate commercial terms and payouts
• Monitor traffic quality and performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns together with media buyers and advertisers
• Ensure traffic compliance and maintain quality standards
• Build long-term relationships with partners

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation
• Own active base of webmasters/affiliates (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
• Experience with different traffic sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Native, Push, etc.)
• An analytical mindset and the ability to work with performance metrics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience in Tier-1 GEOs (US, UK, CA, AU)
• Experience working with white-hat offers
• Understanding of compliance and traffic quality control
